I have to say this looked VERY nice with the slide in and out! Great overall tanks specs, especially the black tank, i like to have a big black tank like 70 gallons, but 37 gallons will do here:) great upgrades like fridge and counter, oven etc. Based on my buying experience this will sell for $60,000, ESPECIALLY at a RV SHOW! MAYBE less!

This is one of the nicest small Class A’s I’ve seen. Nothing much to not like. I’ll admit the generator is a pain to get to if you need to service it, and the door to the outside kitchen need a latch to hold it open, but otherwise everything is great. The bunk is an easy fix, just put an air mattress or two up there. Want this one, it’s a keeper. I assume it’s around 100k.

I love this one. I like the bed up high. I love that kitchen. I love the kitchen table. Hate the shower, would like a seat in there too. I would buy it if I had room for my Ebay store. I'm looking for a toy hauler or bunk model.

Like the oven, the dinette, big windows, outside kitchen. Bed sits high for storage.

Matt thank you for your honesty review the three things I don’t like i start on the outside first 1)the generator placement 2)the storage there not enough 3) no camera in the mirrors now in side the 1) kitchen sink looks cheep it should have covers for more counter space the 2)the shower is to small 3)the mattress over the drivers seat is cheep and thin 4)the bed is also a no good for me .now for the good things I start on the outside 1) I love the large tv 2)I really love the outside kitchen most rv don’t have Rvs with a bigger price point don’t even have a outside kitchen 3 ) i like the large awning and I like the length it a good manageable size for the inside 1)I like the oven 2) the couch is nice 3)the backsplash look cheep Matt I sorry if I carry on to much I love ❤️ your channel

👍 Smashed L: nice space with slide in and out; good cab area; love the kitchen setup cooktop-oven-MW/convection (are you sure it's a dual?). D; in addition to the inaccessibility of the generator it's UNDER the bedroom! Unless you're trying to tell me it's super soundproofed; didn't look like a P-4 toilet, and a no-go with the octagon shower of death; no decision yet on the dinette, I mean being an el it does save on space, especially when the slide is in.

I'm not sure if the bed is high, or you just have short legs. :) But I do think that is the best of the motorhomes I've watched on your channel so far. I just like the layout.

Matt, thank you for your reviews but I'd like to make a suggestion. You never talk about construction. Stick built or solid, stapled or screwed, insulation etc.

I like the outside kitchen, cute. I like the convection microwave. I like the solar hook up. Don't like the shower, queen bed or overhead arrangement of the drop down bunk. too close to the driver's seats.

One thing I noticed you guys arent always pointing out if there are plug ins or usb near the dinette, couch and bed This is the first class A that i really like Likes 1 I like the décor color 2 Love the blinds 3 Love the counter space Dislikes 1 Not sure if there is a plug or usb near the couch(think i saw one) or the dinette(not sure what all the black stuff on the foot area of dinette was, maybe a plug?) not sure if there are plugs at the bedsides? 2 wish there was a combo hookup 3 the shower looked a little small maybe

LIKES: outside kitchen, back up & side cameras, surge guard, plenty of room with slides in. It has a doggie window! Nice kitchen, backsplash, cabinet color and counter space. Large sleeping area with great storage DISLIKES: too small a screen for driver viewing rear and side cameras, tight shower, wish kitchen wasn’t in an inconvenient slide area. Matt you showed us how the TV in the dinette pulls out, but does it pull down as well?

I love this Fleetwood Flair! How much gas does it take to fill and how many miles to the gallon.

Fantastic review! And I love that you went up on the roof. Little disappointing that Fleetwood has gone so basic with the Flair because I’ve been a huge fan for awhile but it’s okay, I can still buy used

If I had seen Matt when I went to Leo’s maybe I’d have been shown a class C without a slide. The guy didn’t care what I wanted to see.

Matt, Is there a reason for the “octagon” shower? We’re those corners used somehow in the bedroom.? Also it appeared it was a huge step up into the shower.

How does this Flair compare to the Thor Hurricane 29m and Thor Windsport 29m? I've narrowed my choices down to one of these three motorhomes because of the floor plan. I need some guidance on Fleetwood vs Thor because they seem almost identical but I'm not sure which brand is better. If you know of a better brand with this same floor plan let me know. Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!

Love this review but there’s no price, what’s up with that?

Could I get this RV with bunk beds? I'm all about taking my family I can't take my family I'm not interested. You didn't show if that big sofa pulls out to a bed. Does it? But I really want something like this with bunk beds. Can I have that customized? What's the typical upcharge?

one bad thing, access to that generator for any maintenance will be a pain, probably have to drop it out the bottom which means big bucks to service.

Hey Joe I moved to the Ocala Area! I think sales tax is 6% but RV sales tax is determined by the state you register it in.

I like the outside kitchen, the outside television is huge. Love the L shape dinnett. I do not like the king bed would prefer a queen. I also do not like the bowel sink in the kitchen.

I do feel that this RV has alot going for it and for whatever reasons Matt seemed very unimpressed. I'm saying this after viewing all the other reviews where he liked alot of things that weren't as good as in this one. Also was expecting a msrp and sales price?

I can tell this is one of your earlier reviews. I don't like the lack of exterior storage. 50 cu feet? That's less than my current 24 foot class C.

Matt, Is that a recessed outside shower in the outside kitchen I see ?

Agreed... Use Deep Cycle Marine Grade Batteries

Dislikes: 1-bathroom door (should be a pocket door) 2-bunk over cab should have a skylight, 3-high bed

Why wouldn’t you full time in it?

Why wouldn't you want to go full time RVing in this unit? Looks like it would be comfortable AND, as you said, able to go into the national parks. Where were the control panel? Thanks for the video.

Hey David... Its just not Built as well as the Bounder.. But it doesnt mean anything is wrong with it. I personally wouldnt RV In it

D Boggs Most if not all RV’s have an external grill. They all look nice when you first buy them but after a few cookings they will be really greasy and you don’t want that mounted in your RV.

Plastic marble look counter tops - OMG. Sure this thing creaks and rattles off the showroom floor.

Camera man makes me very dizzy!

Bad: 1. Outside TV and Kitchen. 2. Shower is WAY to small for most adults. 3. generator placement Good: 1. Low to ground Not to many steps. 2. Cockpit area. 3. Galley is small I like that.
