Great review as always. I tested this bike recently and agreed to the points you made. It is definitely something special.
For me this new monster looks way better than old one First monster was not even in my wishlist but now this new monster is in my heart

Glad there's an opposite opinion, I don't find it unacceptable in the least, in fact it is in keeping vvith the nevver Ducati looks trend & as such I like it!
Being a motorcycle mechanic. I've owned so many different bikes. The best all around bike I've ever ridden. Taking it coast to coast US next year. Awesome video. Awesome bike!

How many miles have you put on it, is it reliable? Thinking about trading in my 17 R6 for the 937+

I think the new monster is amazing I tested it recently. About reliability I don’t think it’s much of a concern with modern ducatis. I have a 2013 Monster 795 and it has been reliable since the start similar with other owners as well who never find reliability an issue. Maintenance cost however is on a different level compared to Japanese bikes :)
Very good review of this machine, Jinno. Prejudices aside, it's a fantastic bike!
Awesome.. brilliant review. One of The best review on the new D Monster. Thank you.
Your review is good and very understandable.... Way to go.... 🤜🤛
hi! as usual perfect and super informative video! 👍🏻 could you also be able to make a bideo on ducati scrambler desert sled too please?!! ofcourse with the low seat on. it would be helpful for all the 5.5 and above guys out there in the PH! ✌🏻
I'm 5"7 and I already love this motorcycle
Awesome review Bro. Really like the look of your helmet. Too bad we don't have it here available.
awesome review (as usual :)) ), only one notice, the bike does have a fuel gauge in the dash (see min 6:16, top left) cheers from a fellow biker in Morocco :))
Very clear review on people who wants to buy their first bike 👍
The best review of the Monster, for me!
Great to the point, short yet comprehensive revievv, good job! I have a 2012 Monster 1100 Evo vvhich I love, this nevv Monster 937 looks good, sounds good, and in many 'important respects' is much improved, I like it very much! I think I'll keep my older 1100 Evo as a 'summer only' rider, save on maintenance a bit (quite a bit!) and see if I can negotiate my vvay onto a 937 for 'all around' riding vvhich is mostly to work and back. Thanks for a great revievv! Side note, sure is pretty there😉😊
Hi MotoDeal! It does have a Fuel Gauge together with the Range Computer :)
Nice video keep up the good work! please do also xrs 700 and 900
Great review, great bike!
Solid supporter here sir Jinno 💪
It is totally gorgeous, hope you could do a review on the aprilia soon 🤤
Glad you got the Termig exhaust on. I was just wondering what it would be like to have it on the new Monster.
Awesome Bike. Just bought it a few days ago
Nice bike! Love the review. Anyway what brand of riding shoes you are wearing? Tia. RS!
I’m gonna own one of this real soon ✊
Awesome bike! I think Santa will give me one this Christmas 😄
LOVE IT!!!!!
That gas tank and headlight are what kill it for me. I get the trellis frame is gone for a reason, but they could have kept it a little less common looking. To be fair, it's a great looking bike up close in person, but it doesn't look "Monster" to me
Hope you also review the new Ducati Supersport S
Ang astig nung may launch control.
Thanks buddy for the in depth review.. pretty timely as I am currently surveying on which brand or model to own and definitely eyeing on the Monster, as my first bike....I wonder whether this would be the best or a better option for a beginner ..Appreciate some tips from MotoDeal and experienced bikers...Huge thanks, all the way from Malaysia

I'm Malaysian as well. Went from Duke 390 as my first bike to Street Triple RS. Was considering between 790 Duke, Monster and Street Triple RS, but ultimately went for the STRS as it's more usable as a daily rider in our Malaysian heat. The 790 and Monster would be more fun for weekend rides but they're just too rough and hot for in town use.

If ya keep it in urban I think it could be a great starter bike! It’s kinda like 3 bikes in one with the modes!
I own this bike and although brilliant my main issue is Ducati. They aren’t releasing for some time access to the ECU therefore you can’t Map it or upgrade to a Decat option. Termignoni are insanely expensive and dont add much in terms of performance.
Hello your videos are always good, so clear in explanation and also showing the posture riding the bike which can show the level of ergonomic. I just own the Scrambler Night Shift, so satisfied. I am just wondering, compared to Night Shift, this new Monster, which one has more straight posture? Because I am not so comfortable with too aggressive posture. The Night Shift ergonomic is the border line for, can not go more aggressive than this. Thank you.

entry level
That is a handsom bike.💪
How did you find the hydraulic clutch on the Monster in comparison to a cable operated clutch, the reason I ask is that when some manufacturers introduced hydraulic clutches about 20 years ago some (like Suzukis sv1000) were an absolute pig to operate, with a paper thin biting area.

Man, this looks NOTHING like a dragster 😂. The Dragster is so much more unique, refined, wild. This new monster just looks like any Japanese Bike, but in red 😭
The only thing I find kinda dissapointing is the head light … not agressive enough but it looks great overall and sounds like a monster with the termignioli exhaust
Did you mentioned without fuel gauge? What’s the range before it stall?
Awesome bike. Wish we could afford it too
Anyone here can comment about the heat? I've almost decided for the Monster and if it was OK in the Philippines (was it Manila? There's crazy traffic three) using it in Northern Europe with limited traffic it should be fine I'm guessing.
A bit late to the party, but it does have a fuel gauge. It can be switched from range to empty and fuel indicating graph.
Great ⚔️👍🏽.
I have this model it goes and handles very well, lots of high speed fun, however on a 16c winters day driving through traffic the engine temp gets up to 96c the heat off the engine when the tiny little thermo fan kicks in is stifling when just sitting stationary. normal temp when riding sits on 75-80c In summer we have 35-40c for weeks on end I am fairly sure that the engine will have a melt down in that kind of ambient temperature. So I will be selling my Monster before that happens.
Very nice motorcycle
Is it possible for this model to have rear seat option(for passenger)?
I must admit the new one seems strange to look at. I am more acquainted with the trellis frame. Whenever I see the trellis design it suggest to me that bike is a Ducati. Specially on a Monster series.
Please feature the Honda X-ADV big brother of the ADV 150.
I'm coming off of a 2012 ninja 250r could I reasonably get one of these ? What do u guys think?
Im glad they built it like this...my 2013 monster will just go up in value.
How can I find the Termignoni exhaust for that exact bike???
They REALLY should've replace the launch control with cruise control.
I am having Ducati Scrambler icon and just using in the Street. Can I rides this monster in Street use any more
Took Monster SP as a first bike . Just choose "Wet Mode" - and when you are more experienced , go towards Road and Sport. Easy Peasy
Your review is so good to a degree I didn't want the episode to finish but I want to point two things which they are : the bike got fuel gauge and if comment on the exhaust, it would be great because now the 115 horsepower. Subscribed
Sir Jino please review Kymco KRV180! hehehe
How about reviewing another Italian bike - Aprilia RS660

Hi, how would you compare it to mv agusta brutale 800? I know it doesn’t seem comparable but torque delivery is almost same, use and style is similar, and then everything differ. I would be curious as too often it’s only compared to ktm, or other twins.

As I am specifically interested between those two I would love your feedback, Thanks :)
All modern bikes get really hot, and Euro 5 compliants do not help neither. Awesome bike and yes it is still a Monster perhaps even better.
I can't believe you ride without at least two fingers on the brake, especially in traffic. Maybe it's the huge size of levers but one is asking for trouble as 1 sec could be all the difference needed to avoid tragedy. Nice bike though the lack of cruise control is problem if one is use to having it.
I am japanese. I love Ducati's new monster
I want that bike..
my dream bike…Monster
Just Terminogny slip ons or full racing kit with “racing evo” sw map?
what HJC did you wear
Scrambler its the entry machine👍
When im watching an expensive bike that i cant afford i was like ok ..maybe someday ill ride it something like that but not gonna buy it cause imma cheap one 😂
The monster is not a beginner bike. Inexpensive and beginner are two different things. I don't even like the phrase entry level because that makes it sound like the bike is slow. Its the relatively inexpensive Ducati bike but still great looking, performs well, and enjoyable to ride.
👌👍
Just my Opinion. . I felt the bike weight is much lighter compare with his Engine power. Above 180/200 km/h when trying to pass by a truck or express. Air wave can hurt bike balance. ??
Surprisingly similar specs to my 1100 evo. As if the 1200 Monster was the wrong direction. Full disclosure, I have owned both.
Does it get hot?
Pretty sure their Monster sales have been slower than usual. OK the trellis frame is gone but the exhaust design is horrible.
Imagine riding this monster with a predator helmet on it 😳
I have just completed 1000 Kms, and had the first service at Ducati. To be fair, I do agree on the heat part but comparatively rest of the things like handling, weight, ergonomics, looks and design… all are top notch and I never felt like I’m riding a 937cc bike. Very easy to maneuver in the city and pretty good on freeways
Pa shout out from Dipolog city Philippines
For sure it does perform better than the previous monsters, but it somehow loses the sexyness and the wow Factor of the old monster

@@jantok9217 I want to say that 3rd gen Monster, is a proper monster, first because it looks like a monster, and then because it has multiple engines, not a single engine like the 937. Even the first gen Monster, the good old S4RS has a superbike engine with 130hp, full ohlins suspension.... It's a full one "Monster" of a naked bike... The new Monster is a middle weight toy, it went downmarket. Even the brakes are out of a 2014 Monster 821. For context, KTM puts Brembo Stylema in the 890R, that's the superbike brakes that the Panigale V4R has + fully adjustable WP suspension. As for looks, regardless if you like or not, this doesn't look like a Monster, a Monster has a certain aesthetics, just like the Porsche 911 has. You looks at Porsche 911, regardless if it's from 1964 or 2021, it looks like a 911, it's instantly recognizeable as a 911... The Monster used the be Ducati's 911, but now it looks like a japanese bike...
@markbour

@@weed46 The original Monster was only a 900 the first year, and it didn't get the superbike engine until 8 years later. 2nd gen started with the 696, 1100 the next year, and the 796 2 more years later. Similar story with the 3rd gen, with the 1200 announced first, followed by the 821 the next year. All this is to say it's far too soon to know if this is the only engine option, or even the only spec that will be available. I suspect an upmarket version with high-end suspension and maybe a single-sided swingarm will come soon. You need to chill out about the 3rd gen Monsters - they barely have a trellis frame (as if that counts for anything) and are oversized, overweight cows of a bike - they're fast, but power isn't everything. They are the outlier in the Monster lineage and not the high water mark. The trellis frame was not anything special - it's just what Ducati had on hand. Since you bring up 911s, you sound like someone who thought the 996 wasn't a real 911 because it went liquid cooled.
Don't call it a beginner bike of Ducati, but a entry bike into Ducati.
Comparo with F900R please?
@jantok9217

F900R feels much bigger. Monster is very very slim and light. F900r is better for new bikers, Monster is bit more agressive. Monster doesnt like run under 4000rpm but f900r yes. Monster is more powerfull and could be a bit scary for newie. f900r has better display. Tahts all :) both stunning bikes, you cannot go wrong :)
It looks terrible outright hideous now, the monster look is completely gone😭, just my personal opinion 😌, and thanks for the amazing review
