Little Tip from a CUPRA owner: There´s a shortcut for the seat heating; tap with two fingers in the temperature sliding areas. More easy than going through the menus 👍

Not available in the states? Dude that’s unlucky so do you not get any Seat or Cupra models? Wait for the golf 8 R or Audi RS3 if your going full send! I’m torn between this and the 8 R. Saying that you get some proper cars that we miss out on across the pond

4 tailpipes into 4 chrometips is ok. Much better than a Mercedes C43 f.e....

Love it. Completely agree with AJ’s comments about ‘pumping the sound’ IN! 👍🏻👍🏻

two hosts is better than one. This sort of conversation type of review is great. Do more. I also hope VW get rid of that sliding thing for volume and temperature. I have tried that in Skoda Eniaq and VW ID 4 and always i end up increasing the volume by accident by trying to click something on the screen. This system should be improved with some type of knobs for volume and AC.

Great review Thomas and AJ! I wish VAG would bring Seat/Cupra to Canada. Seat/Cupra' recent styling, quality and the fact there are real buttons(well almost) make them the better choice over VW. Now if automobile manufacturers would stop using gloss black trim and bring back silver or machined face alloy wheels!

This is great. Nice job, Thomas and Ajay. 🙂 I really like this tag team approach in this review. Great points and perspectives from both of you. I especially like Ajay's point on sound actuators. This video feels like cute car talk, but I am actually learning stuff. You two really work well with one another. Also, I like the hilarious moments. Very lively. 👌 Nice placements of the new cameras. I do notice that they vibrate sometimes. I assume that is because of the car not being very well insolated or more pillow-y in the ride. Maybe not. No problem, though. It's not like a Micheal Bay film. I can still see the video very well. I kind of like it, in this case. This is a low priced, kind-of bare-bones hot hatch, so shaking camera adds to the vroom-vroom vibe. 😂

Hey Thomas, Jut ordered the hybrid version. Can't wait.

The only good hybrid systems are from Honda and Toyota. Europeans don't make efficient hybrids. Matter of fact the 1.4 TSI uses the Otto cycle which is terrible for a hybrid. Why didn't they use the 1.5 TSI that can simulate the Atkinson cycle?

Very shaky cameras unfortunately...

Nice Review Team Autogefühl. I think this car is a little bit boring in Exterior (Front) and Interior (Seats, Infotainment). Too few Highlights for a 300 hp/expensive Sportscar

Insta's were too jumpy, need better gimbal or image stabilization.

Will VW ditch the Seat name altogether and make only Cupra? Thoughts? Thank you

They won't and they can't. It's true that Seat has the least international reach out of the four main VAG brands (Seat-Skoda-VW-Audi), and it sells fewer cars in Europe altogether, but it's HUGE in Spain.

@@ian2183 When I got my Passat I was surprised to find the steering wheel isn't real leather. I got it rapped in perforated leather for 100€, now it's much nicer to hold. Even more expensive cars are cutting costs it's crazy! The new C Klasse for example.

The Center camera position is bad. It does not give a clear view on the cockpit hardly can even see what speed you are at

I would take the old model any day.

it's really one of the few cars where the previous model was better. I say this as a ex owner of Leon FR 5F 2017 and now had to buy BMW f40 2021 M sport. Previous cupra was a dream car, but they raised price to much in relation to BMW

Can't believe the stability on the Insta 360 is sooo bad! Stick with the Sony or GoPro.

It will be more expensive. This is a cheap alternative like the Renault Megane RS.

from interior side S3 much better choice than the cars that were discussed here (leon, formentor, golf R, GTI)

I would just have the base GTI with a manual gearbox.

First!

Camera shake is really bad, my head hurts.

Kind of looks like a stout Infiniti QX30…

GOT DIZZY WATCHING WITH THE CAMERAS SHAKING SO.

Shame about the lack of a manual gearbox and that awful infotainment.... bring back some buttons... and get rid of piped sound into the car especially when it never sounds realistic!

Shame it's so ugly but good driving car.

Interior with no buttons, no manual, only fwd on 300 hp, no thank you.

What has happened with the making of the video???? Bad quality of the camera shots? Dialog bad... you are better without that other guy Thomas... We the viewers will drop you if this continues ... I saw another video with you two.... it is not working..... I think you work bettter with Jonas or the lady

Nonsense. Ajay has been on this channel for years. He's a great presenter, very informative and enjoys talking about the technical and engineering aspects of the vehicle.

The font and colours in the thumbnail look childish and unprofessional, doesn't fit your great reviews. This dude sounds like he has no idea what he's talking about, saying "it's backlit" like it's a bad thing. 9:30
