I entered mine in another category and it is pathetic next to what I have seen. I have very little but you know what I had a blast making walls, fences, trees and even mountains to go with the few pieces I have.

Everyone has done an awesome job once again. Each and every person who entered needs to be proud of what they've created. Seeing all these carnivals brought back so many childhood memories. Every summer, while growing up, our family would visit many of the nearby towns that had carnivals set up and run by their local fire departments. We'd also visit the Delaware State Fair, which had a midway. I can almost smell the cotton candy and roasted peanuts. My connection to carnivals goes even deeper in that, many years ago, I was taking a writing course and plotted out a murder mystery set in a carnival with the focus on the memmbers of the side show. Gee Miriam, you really know how to stir up some wonderful memories. A huge thanks to you and Dewan for all the hard work you've both been putting in getting these vidoes created. It is so appreciated. Can't wait to see the next two categories, as well as your own village. And remember what I told you, Miriam, pace yourself. It will all come together. Trust and Believe!

I completely agree, everyone’s carnivals were such a joy to watch. It does bring back fond memories. You never cease to amaze me, a murder mystery plot???? Sounds interesting. I actually finished my village today!!! 🥳😃😁. I am super excited!!! And, I have completed a good amount of my Christmas decor. I will be shooting the footage for my ski mountain tomorrow and hopefully release that video tomorrow. If not, Monday for sure. Then on to the big task of taking the video of my entire village. That will be a chore but I excited and looking forward to doing it. Take care and tell Mom I said hello.

Hi Miriam. How fun was that to watch?👍😉 I am very impressed at the entries in this video. These contestants in this category put in some good time and work on their villages. Wow! It would take me years to get on their level of skills. They all did an outstanding job. I want to give a special thanks to you and your husband again Miriam for making it all happen for everyone. I also tip my hat to the judges for taking time to help. Let me say that I would not want to be either of you right now. That's how good each entry is. You guys have the hardest job. We will do it again. Although it has been a lot of work it has still been fun. It’s also a lot of work because I’m still trying to complete my projects and Christmas decorating at the same time. Usually I am done by now. Having my stuff done earlier next year will definitely help.

Can I make a suggestion? How about a 'Christmas Villages in apartments' category? I know, it's self-serving! lol But I use a 1:87 scale for mine. To have something THAT big, I'd have to move out! lol

Hello, I did have a category for a small space or a beginning villager. The category is O’Little Town. This category was for one scene only with a max of 3 buildings. That would be perfect for you to enter next year.

I would love to know how #1 was able to do all those levels, have so much depth and be able to reach? I did one last year that I had to finish the back first and keep sliding the additional table in and out. That really messed with my “creative flow” and took me FOREVER!! I wonder what their process was. I know until all is judged #1 has to remain anonymous but please once it’s finished please give me some insight. I absolutely loved it, btw!

Thank you. We will definitely do it next year. It is a lot of work but I will also be better prepared next year to handle everything. Usually my village and whole house is done being decorated by thanksgiving and I am still not done with either. 😂🤣 I had a lot of set backs these past 4 months but I am pressing through to get it done.

I don’t even have anything for carnival category.
