Im in Beaumont and need a badass sytem in my 4dr 97 f250. Currently have 2-10" sundowns in there, sounds good but it takes up a ton of back seat space. Seat moved all the way forward.

Finally I find what I’ve been looking for. I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Z71 and I don’t know much about systems what what all I need… I do know Sundown is big time for sub’s (I’ve heard them in friends rides) and I’m looking to do something like this to my truck. I was thinking leaving the dash speakers as the stock Bose speakers, going with 4 of the 8” Sundown audio Sub’s and putting in 4 aftermarket door speakers (don’t really know what’s good for the price) and I guess I’d need 2 amps? As well as maybe adding a 2nd battery up front? And a sound processor since I want to keep my factory head unit. What would something like this cost though? If you don’t mind letting me know. I would just stop by and talk with you, but I live in North Carolina so I yeah. Lol.

Installed component speakers and coaxial speakers in my 2016. Have a lc7 and a amp for the speakers. Getting a hissing sound from speakers as soon as I turn on car. What could it be. Any help really appreciated.

More likely you have bad ground or make sure your fuse holder is good and very tight bro

So you removed the cabin pressure vents ? did you put a plate to cover the hole to protect from getting water in side?

Audio control DSP has a EQ built in it so you could do that

Doing some research, I don't think that box can handle those 4-8's. They require a lot of air space, so they will sound muddy etc.

@@lifeofpinaaa936 think I’m going to go with two 8’s for now and leave the Bose speakers alone just for now then upgrade the doors later on I been hearing about the 8’s yours is crazy fixing to do tires I was going with 35’s but I think 37’s might fit without a lift because the factory torsion keys raise up so much I just saw 1 on the Instagram I said shit look at the big ass gap I said shit I think 37’s will fit and raise the keys up but I think wil have to put a 1 inch block in the rear not to have the bull dog look people call it leaving the stock wheels because it’s a midnight edition but your truck is sharp to much chrome for me lol
