My first year with dci as a 16 year old this was amazing now I’m marching for phantom but the cavaliers will always be my home away from home

Military style is the way to go. Otherwise you'd probably be wearing pink spandex and glitter makeup and rolling around on the field like a stripper like three quarters of DCI does now. At least military style bands have some integrity still.
