It does drive well. The powertrain isn't as good as in something like a M340i/S4, but the chassis is great

Bought the sport version. 2023 My favorite car of all.

Love the engine sound - you can turn it down if you want - just your own personal opinion - great bang for the buck.

Thanks! Just wait for the Blackwing - it has a 668-HP supercharged 6.2L V8 under the hood :)

Thanks for creating this. I'm strongly considering placing an order for a '23. Not many good reviews for the CTS V. Everything is mostly the Blackwing.

It's annoying that everytime we search for this car we find those bloody Blackwings. Not that they aren't amazing, but they're not realistic for most of us. Anyway, the branding change to make V-Sport into V is why everyone slept on this V so much, because they couldn't stop comparing it to the 640 HP CTS-V. Like, it's just a naming scheme change. It all makes sense to me why they did what they did, because as good as the old V Sport was, it didn't matter because it's too much money for what it was. People who want speed went and bought a Mustang or a Camaro V8. People who wanted brand image stuck with the Bimmers. So they had to bring the sport down in price and downgrade the interior of it and down in Horsepower but make up the performance back with better stock tires and braking and handling, that's why it has a 2.7 faster time on vir than the old V Sport even with 60 less horsepower. So yeah, it's a V just not in the same way, and they had to make room for Blackwing...while also selling cars. All makes sense. So coming back to the fact that it's hard to find independent reviews for this car, I would say I've seen most of them. My understanding is that this car is one of the faster four doors on track that doesn't really have any horsepower, which is pretty impressive. It hangs with some slightlt older V8 2 doors and some smaller track oriented cars, and tells me it has the handling and braking and balance sorted out for a bigger sedan. I wish it was 400 HP, but if wishes were wheels I'd be a wagon lol.

I’m still tryin to figure out how it’s manual where do u shift and when do you shift?

Question: If you didn't manually unfold the mirrors & shift in2 Drive, would the car automatically unfold them?

It sounds like it has a small lag after each upshift. Can you comment on that?

I actually don't mind the combination of engine noise and fake engine noise in the cabin but I will tell you it was putting me to sleep which is weird and probably not a good thing.

How is the key black?

Omg that fake engine noise sounds terrible, one of the worst sounding ever. It already has a decent exhaust so why do that? Hope they don't do that in the Blackwing... Btw can we expect it on the channel?

I hate it, and I couldn't find an option to disable it. I should be able to test the Blackwing once they have it available in the fleet
