Our review the 2021 Aprilia RS 660 with our BT Moto ECU Flash. We include before and after comparisons, dyno, as well as Dragy 60-130 data, a standard performance benchmark.
We also go over common customer complaints about the bike and how our flash rectifies each, in real time.

ADVANTAGES WITH STAGE 1
-On average, gains of 3HP peak, over stock and MORE for Tuono
-Two thousand RPM more peak power over stock to carry to redline (dyno below)
-Early Fan-On. At 200 degrees, your Aprilia starts to pull power from the engine. We change this to lower temperature to avoid this power loss and stalling in stop and go traffic
-Changes to fueling including part, mid and full-throttle while in Alpha-N configuration per cylinder
-Optimization of ignition timing at part and mid throttle for all fuel qualities
-Adjustments to torque limiting to allow the bike to make 100% of its available engine torque at high load
-RPM limiter raised from 11,500RPM to 12,200RPM
-Adjustments to engine braking For road course use
-Changes in factory unstable engine idle for stability and consistency off-throttle
-Changes to a full 100% throttle opening in all modes, versus a limited table
-Gains midrange to redline on all fuel qualities with no loss in power anywhere on the RPM band
-Changes to ABS, DTC, and wheelie intervention for more available power and control for a performance oriented rider
-Corsa ECU base upgrades are standard and included

living in a state where lane splitting isn't legal, it is refreshing to see the cars shift over and make room for the biker to ride by.

Im surprised you didn’t also test it in race mode. There is a difference in the way it responds with the throttle progression, quick shifter response and engine braking intensity.
I got a cbr650r in the same class. I love it but i feel the aprilia would be worth the extra money. Can visibly see the difference in quality. And you guys just made it better💪

Thanks! Did you ever try the IRC quickshifter/auto blipper? I’ve heard mixed results for racing. (Quick downshifting a must)
I see the same dip from 6k to about 7.4k which seems to be associated with SC Project pipes. It also shows a rich condition is the AFR for that range. Not sure if removing some fuel would take that slight dip out or not. Thanks for sharing.
You said you get an extra 2k rpms does the shift lights adjust to that new redline? Oh and what's the new top speed?

I have the sc project crt, can this tune will be gain more hp for my bike?
Honestly that dip around 6K to 7k isn't even a result of the exhaust. My bike had that issue totally stock. Throwing the uprev tune on it helped some. I might look at doing one of your tunes instead.
Will this tuner reset wrench on dash for RS660?
I seriously can’t wait to get this tune although I don’t know how it would be with a Austin racing exhaust(which is what I want

I know but I want the xm1 full titanium mivv exhaust I’m just afraid it might void warranty

I bought the extrema and I hate the exhaust. I wish they didn't include it because either can't get myself to spend another 2k on this bike for just an exhaust lol. I really think I should move on to a Ducati v2 or v4
