I have never understood why these haven't sold far more than they have. They look fabulous and the soundtrack even when just pottering along is awesome! Would love one, as would my eldest daughter!

@@jeffkoka9237 I have 5.0 litre R dynamic compared to my 2009 DB9 this thing is much more reliable, why they don’t sell more is the wealthy think they need to spend over 200K to get a super car. But I’ll say this my f -type performance wise far exceeded my Aston and the Jaguar dealership is much more cost reasonable . Now I live in western Canada so I’m talking from that perspective

I have a P450 British Racing Green convertible with tan interior arriving December (ordered June 🤦🏻‍♂️) can’t wait. You managed to keep my attention in a way most car youtubers don’t 🤣😍 so thank you!

Bought a new AWD 2024 F-Type 75 (P450) here in the States. Mainly for its AWD and its looks! Agreed the tech should be better for its price but its design, AWD, and sound makes up for it all!

Great video, really enjoyed it. I have the 2015 F Type V8S white convertible with the Red and Black Leather interior. Mean and awesome!

Totally agree! Hmmm, I do love the AWD..... why I haven't always been a BMW fan! I like that control :)

Nice review, but the 10” screen arrived in mid 2018 before the facelift. The Apple CarPlay works really well but it is plug in only, and the Meridian Surround is great!👍🏻

Mark; you seem to have commented at just the right time! So…. When using CarPlay, how do you get back to the main car screen? I can’t seem to exit from CarPlay once it’s plugged in

Nice review, think I will stick to my V6 against the 450 but the R @ 575hp is a different breed.

Very interesting video Tish, I am viewing as many videos on the F-type as possible to make a decision, do I buy coupe or convertible? The space for luggage is important so am leaning toward the coupe at present. Thank you for showing this, best wishes.

I think I prefer the Coupe personally. The convertible is also a little noisy. The replacement for this F-type is the convertible, so maybe I’ll have to test it!

I'm a new viewer of the channel; I've just found it today and watched 3 videos. I like the different take on car reviews but some of the grammar is a bit jarring at times.

Wow, this new 2021/22 Jaguar F-Type sports car, certainly wouldn’t look out of place in the latest 007 Bond movie. It looks amazing, but just imagine it finished in silver with red leather. A V8 Engine as well, such stuff as dreams are made of. Its terribly sad, that’s such a wonderful car, is going to be resigned to history, and end up in a car museum. Enjoy it, enjoy it as much as you can whilst you can. Yes electric cars are pretty good, but they can never be a substitute for the internal combustion engine V8 power and the wonderful sound, of the V8.

That's smoking hot 🔥and car of course!!

It's a sad thought....

I've heard Jaguar is gonna make an all electric F-Type later on, with 1300+ horsepower and a 620 mile range. This could make it possible to drive from London to Paris and back to London on a single charge. Nephew Mat has a video about this.

As always, an excellent review. And your "look," matching the car is a nice touch. It is a really beautiful car and likely the Jaguar swan song of IC-engined cars. I'm looking forward to the EV cars and hope they stick to the premium looks and specifications that have so long characterized the brand. (Yes, for a while build quality was not "the best.")

You know the F-Type is my favorite car of all time. Give me an R coupe in British Racing Green with the tan interior, and my life would be complete. The InControl touch pro infotainment is the same I have in my Discovery, which is truly horrendous. I’ve always said the F-Type isn’t the best sports car on the market, but I’ve NEVER driven a car that has so much charm and character. I always get a massive simile on my face whenever I see one, ride in one, or drive one. I’m not looking forward to Jaguar’s EV and upmarket future, but this will be one of the all-time greats. Fantastic review, Tish. PS - the visuals are just 👌🏼, very well done!!

@@AutoSocialUK I really don’t like their new plan… an SUV, a large sedan, and a GT. All EVs, and all WAY more expensive than what they currently offer. They’ll still be classy, but just not the same. JLR’s new CEO is a maniac.

I think the old one is different, maybe more faithful to E type…but not better. Plus the later Instruments match the modern style too. Both great cars though…both are on my list but not ready to hand the cash over yet.

Great video apart from the irritating noise all the way through.

There is way more tech needing chips (microprocessors) than you list here. Everything from seat heaters to fuel injection. It isn’t just the infotainment. This is a very advanced car with tons of tech. The lead times are shorter because the demand is lower. They sell less of them. It’s that simple.

That colour combination really suits you, maybe once you hand the Fiat back you could upgrade to a Jag.

Really good review but as you say, you are a jag lover. For me they have missed the ferry for a close line of prestigious cars. Could have gone all in and for the money it has been de-clawed, oppurtunity missed. Thanks for sharing, maybe not my cup of tea.

@@AutoSocialUK Porsche Cayman, altogether a car suited to English Roads and the odd track day. I have Jaguar in my heart, just feel they could have made a statement with their last V8. BTW, I never expect replies and find you very impressive and open handed with your attitude. I just an old fart that would love to have had the chance with modern cars so I live vicariously on here.

It's funny you say this would blend in and not show off like a Mustang. I guess that's because Mustangs are rare there. It's the opposite in the States. This doesn't blend in and is definitely a show off! 😄 I've seen two F-Types all year as opposed to seeing a Mustang every time I go somewhere.

I heard if Jag do become Electric I hope one if the Ftype Is Electrified can it be Hybrid first or still offer Petrol my dream car I'm 18 ffs never gonna get it with a V8 second hand here I come. Anyway that the Etype EV that Harry and Meghan used might be released I for one would buy that. Then if I had enough money buy the classic Etype
