Thanks David! Yes, I agree... it would be cool to see the CF wheels on a Fox. The fenders would need to get reworked though due to the massive wheels.

Love the carbon wheels on the gt350r and gt500, just hate the white coating. Could they not make the protective coating a light gray, something better than white. Ruins the look of the wheel.

If you want good performance and effective then you would not worry about it being white because it's not for looks. Plus it doesn't really ruin it, you barely notice it when look at the wheels on the car anyway. Plus the white will help with less heat being absorb and actually doing it job.

Bought these extra CF wheels from an old guy that didn’t want to deal with CF wheels. He put aftermarket wheels on his CFTP.

Could you possibly also say something about the tire choices for the car. I heard that Ford asked Michelin to develop some special version of the Cup 2 Tire for the car, especially to handle the load. I guess yo cannot just run into a show and ask for a 315/30ZR20 Tire for the car but you need to know the exact specifications for getting the exact OEM Tire meant for the car. Can you please say something about how to choose the right version of the tires. Over here in Europ this car is not imported normally so difficult to get spare parts for it?

Yes, there are special Sport Cup 2 tires on the CFTP. They have “FP” on them for Ford Performance. When ordering the tires, just select the FP version.

Gabriel Gaitan I hunted the wheels down from someone on FB that swapped to aftermarket wheels. Yes, they would fit your S550, but you would need longer wheel studs.

I have no idea. They have thick hubs requiring long studs. They are also 11” wide front and 11.5” wide rear.

I sold my base model 2020 GT500, but have a carbon fiber track pack that is scheduled to be delivered soon. It is built and currently getting painted stripes.

They look fantastic! If you put your nose on it, you might see some beauty marks, but these wheels are pure art!

Makes me cringe setting the face of the wheel on any surface especially exposed concrete.

What you don’t see on the video is me setting it down very gently to check if there is contact on the wheel, which there is not.
