The Continental GT 650 draws power from a 648cc, air and oil-cooled, parallel-twin motor that makes peak power of 47.6PS at 7100rpm and 52Nm of torque at 5200rpm. A 6-speed transmission assisted by a slip-and-assist clutch transfers power to the rear wheel via chain drive. The chassis is an all-new dual-cradle frame that has been developed by Harris Performance. Suspension duties are handled by 41mm telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear with preload adjustability. The bike is anchored by a single 320mm disc mated to a ByBre four-piston calliper up front and a single 240mm disc brake at the rear. Dual-channel ABS comes right off the shelf.

I am confused between this and the interceptor, i like them both equally only concern i have is the riding position of gt, is it good for long rides? As long rides will be done on weekends or occasionally and mostly the use will be of 10 to 20 kms daily. What do you suggest?

Hi there, great review. My Hindi ear is a little uncertain about certain points. Could you clarify your comfort levels regarding your legs / knees hugging the bike and the issue with it being next to the engine?

He mentioned that he manages to straighten his back and ride comfortably by moving a bit closer to tank. However, there's no way one can help the aggressive posture of legs. He personally likes to stick his legs to engine tank but in doing so with Cont. GT, he could feel the heat despite the engine guard. However, it was less of a concern due to the cold weather of the region he's riding in. If one's okay with maintaining distance between knee and engine tank, no problem then.

My friend has a 390 and he suggested me to go for gt 650 as there is engine knocking when u r on low revs in traffic or city….it’s like bike will ask u to rev….it’s not for city drive in traffic for sure

Jar tumhala fully digital console hava asel tar apache rtr 200 4V ghya bluetooth connectivity sarkhe cool option ahe. kivha performance havi asel tar ns 200 sobat jaa. Hornet 2.0 looks sathi ahe, performance is like okok.( it's my point of view) hope your new bike will come home very soon.❤️😊

Are the handlebars lower or higher than the 220? Im used to go 100-150kms in one go without any stops. Am i going to be able to do that on gt650(since its more committed than the interceptor).

The seat is good.. just that it's a little on the thinner side.. could have been a little more wider
Apne ye miss kiyya ki apka speedometer kaam nnhi kr rha... 😅
When I see a classic 350 or bullet I ask my self why people buy this garbage? After taking test drive of RE continental GT I have booked it and hopefully I will get my bike soon.. This bike made me a RE fan from absolute hater.. P.S. - I still hate classic 350 and bullet...
