I agree, I think it looks better than the TRX or any truck for that matter.

The Limited has everything I love in a truck; sunroof, box cover, luxury interior, etc., but I've heard negative comments about the air suspension AND the slide-out power side steps freezing and constant malfunction in the cold/freezing winter weather here in Northern Manitoba. So, that would be a negative for me for the "Limited". The Laramie Night Edition has no sunroof either,,,damn, a negative for me as well! They both look beautiful though!

I own the Laramie 1500 Longhorn Sport Black Knight Edition, and I couldn't be happier. Sure, the Limited had a few more things on it, but at a higher cost that to me really wasn't worth it. The Laramie is still considered a luxury truck with the heated and ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, big screen, leather trim, etc., so it's not like I'm missing anything. The Sport edition also has the sport hood just like the Limited model above, which makes it look fairly mean. Overall, I am happy with my truck.

I don’t even need to tow I just want that 6.7 Cummins for the long term reliability..wish they’d make a smaller version of it for the 1500s that would be awesome!

Good review. Ben, when will the limited black appearance package be available. Tried to build one on the Ram website and the selection was not available.

I purchased the 2020 Laramie Black package back in 2019. I love the truck. I get compliments on it all the time. My Laramie is just like the one in this video, except it has the pano roof, but no surround/front camera. I prefer the fixed running boards-makes the trucks stance wider, lower, and more aggressive. I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but I wish I would have gotten the Limited. I think the wood trim and air suspension are worth the money. Especially the wood trim! Plus, having the front camera view would have made parking that much more convenient. I was simply being cheap at the time. SMH. Good thing I’m only leasing. I’ll definitely get the Limited in 2023.

Ben, what are those brackets in the corners of the bed near the cab on the Laramie with the Multi-Function Tailgate? Are those necessary for bed integrity if you get that tailgate?

I never noticed that the limited and longhorns have different headlights. Normally i prefer the longhorn, but the limited blackout looks good.

I believe the longhorn has the limited headlights, the video shows a Laramie, not a longhorn.

I have a 2022 RAM 1500 Laramie Night Edition with power side steps and RAM BOX very handy, still a Luxury truck inside and not care much about the wood and stitches .Powerful truck and has a great towing capacity.

If I could I would definitely take both of them!! Dodge has really done a great job

Thanks for being the first to bring us a video on the blaked out limited! Really enjoyed this comparison video as well. So basically the really differences I can see are the different grill, nicer interior and rims, limited badging, Cooled option for back seats and nicer middle console. I guess its worth that price increase! Also, do I recall you saying you COULD get the cd player back as an option? That will be a must for mine!

I always hated the look of the 2019 limited bc of the small front, but the blacked out edition is looking pretty darn mean. Cant wait to see it next to a blacked out cummins!

Get a camera operator and script it out, use graphics to list the different stats, ie. horsepower, torque, etc. Please drink less coffee.

Black Laramie with 4” lift and aftermarket wheels and tires. Equal price to the stock limited. Which would you choose?

This dude is so fast it’s dizzying. I don’t necessarily mind how fast he covers everything but the way the camera moves so fast makes me dizzy. Very difficult to watch.

well I bought a new 1500 ram sport in 03 then bought a new ram limited 1500 in 2010, truthfully i'd go with a tundra, I had problems with both rams , and I loved both the ram trucks I had , bought a tundra trd pro in 2014 not one issue, I will say the rams look hella good

The big horn night edition comes with 20 inch wheels

The limited air ride suspension is not a option, it is standard on the limited only

The Black Appearance Group is my pick.

These are the two models I’m looking at...trying to be somewhat frugal where I can but that limited model is making it difficult...I’ll probably watch this vid 10 more times before pulling the trigger lol

What is the reliability of the air suspension? If one fails or leaks can you limp-mode drive 20 miles or are you stranded?

I haven't bought a car in 10 years this car prices are blowing my mind my brother just bought a use frightliner cascadia semi truck for 50000 which makes money for him why should I buy a truck the cost 70000 too have it sitting in my drive way not makeing money but losing value crazy how some people think the a new car is a must just following the flow I'm 30 years old no where in my plans are buying cars too look cool what a waste or resources

I had a Ram but didn't like it as much as the F150 because it was just too cheaply made and not as reliable. They sacrifice quality and toughness for cheaper parts to keep the cost down.

F-150 is total garbage. Doesn't even compare to the RAM toughness. You can lean on the Ford sheet metal and it will Dent.
