Nothing like my old 379. The wood grain Instrument panel for me is much prettier. Still believe you would do better fixing and keeping them up than buying a new one. Mine has a 525 Kitty Kat and I drove it easy goes it until I could stretch it out. Serviced it constantly. She had a over a million miles and I sold it 10 years ago and the guy in sold it to is still driving it. Am glad I don't have to pay for a new truck like that in today's pay scale. I retired about 10 years and I feel for the drivers today. Especially the American ones. Different business now. To many idiots driving big trucks and four wheelers. Am.scared to get on the big road.

Jim Brown ya I navigation and it sucks. Only good thing it shows the CEL fault codes but that’s it.

I wish the trucks in Europe had such an old school design

That real fine mesh grill cover is fairly restrictive on the radiators air flow, don't believe it, set underneath a mosquito net with a fan blowing on you.

Wonder if they updated the door latches that open while driving..or leaky windshields that corrode the fuse panel on the drivers side?

I like this look rather then the played out chrome covered in more chrome. Nice hot rod look yet very clean and sophisticated.

The inside looks the same. I get wanting to keep the truck classic looking ,but the sleeper could definitely use some updating.

Our 2018 shakes rattles and that's not rolling. Plastic interior window mirror switches shorted out. Heat mirror worked for maybe 2 weeks. We got a wet line. It was broke the first time we used it. I mean didn't even work. Making stuff cheap with a pretty high price tag.

My buddy got 2019 it's built like shit for example..rear ends are made in India so are fuel thank straps .all exhaust u brackets are chrome rust came out after one winter.. cheap interior all plastic... bumper chrome peeled off after one year...come on and they want arm and leg for this POS ...buy old one that still made in the USA and Canada

Owner-operators are going the way of family farms. The big boys have way too much political clout. "Safety" and "emissions" regulations have less to do with safety and emission than we protecting their tightening monopoly.

You can keep it it looks good but the engine is junk a packer that is junk that is the biggest chunk engine that ever invented you can keep it. My friend that engine is the biggest nightmare for a driver. That is like a Cadillac with a Volkswagen engine. I don't believe they put that junk engine in that truck unbelievable.

ogkillla i will disagree, all of our terminals paccar’s started having problems at 160k miles

Touch screen Navigation is crap in these trucks waste of money an dash space! Before u run ur mouth yes iv used them they suck! Better off taking factory head unit out an putting a flip out pioneer touch screen! More options actually works isnt suhuting down by itself and all that crap!
