In local Lexus lineup, their SUVs actually priced quite competitively, it's just their sedans that priced out of competition lol. I'm glad they finally put touchscreen in the facelift because the touchpad system is simply awful to use especially while driving. Although the updated new headlights and taillights set on the facelift looks a bit generic imo, the pre FL lights looks more distinctive, much better looking to my eyes. Still RX has always been Lexus hot seller given its strong comfort credentials, reliable track record and probably the product that singlehandedly keep Lexus afloat high since their sedans barely sell. My 2 cents ...

Yet another awesome video, Adrian.. nice videography and good background music that is calming and not jarring, unlike a certain other bigger channel's videos that always has awful noisy disjointed music to make their videos feel "edgy"..

Not really Lexus is not the true premium brand sought after in Malaysia . Boot is small , it only stand out slightly on certain refinement not all. The centre console looks dated . Like , Mercedes people buy it for the star , BMW for dynamic driving ,Volvo for world class safety , Audi for Quattro,Lexus stand for ??? All cars if maintained well are reliable nowadays unless you failed to do so .

@@Yddp3307 Part of it only but the most important aspect of everything driving is safety with safety features , confidence drive , good occupant protection , bit of wow factor , modern impression , ease of reasonable maintainence , some joy& excitement and practicality . Lexus does not fulfill these very well. Till now still asking myself what does Lexus stand for and anything exceptionally good at ???

@@konsen6149 Safety features? Do you even know this Lexus is equipped with one of the best safety features which most competitors do not offer at all. The safety features are just second to the Volvo. Confidence drive? Lexus do not really emphasize of spirited driving, but composure and confidence inspiring ride has been one of the strongest advantage for all Lexus cars. Wow factor i would say is preference. Good occupant protection basically applies to all big SUVS in the segment. Ease of reasonable maintenance? Hello? Lexus has been the most reliable luxury brand no contest on that.

RX is always king with features and quality imho

Nice video. Tho the background music should be much softer since its the "background music" and not playing like its the main event.

Is the F-sport less comfortable than the normal version? I heard the F-sport seats are a bit too firm and the suspension is also firmer than the non F-sport?

May I suggest about showing boot space practicality. Maybe you can put a few luggages just to show how the boot can fit and load bags. It's to give some ideas to viewers on how big the space is. Just like how matt watson shows on carwow.

After two years, only thing i have to complaint is boot height. Due to the slanting design. My issue with the booth height is only for medium and large luggage bags. For groceries and daily use, it's good.

i think you need to tone down your music. its too loud and overpowering your vocal. I have stop watching on 5min onward. Unbearable. I will come back again once the background music is tone down.

They say it is bumpy on bumps

after a long day of work I would not want to drive and face the traffic jam for 1 hour. with 400k, I would spend 1-2k on a great noise cancelling earphone/headphones and use the remaining balance for grab or grab premium. nothing beats closing my eyes, while someone drives me from doorstep to doorstep.

Actly… i would still buy a really nice car and do what u do. My reasoning is simple enough and it boils down to what i understand about modern car: theyre not built to last anymore. Too much electronics and all that emission n fuel efficiency tech really hampers reliability. So, what i would do is properly drive my car only on weekends or on my off days n use public for the daily grind. That means ill probably only pile less than 10k km annually instead of the average 20k annual. The car should practically last forever. But note that this method is only justified if u want to resell that car after atleast 15 years.

@@arsyadidris2919 similar thoughts as yours. My comment was towards this 400k SUV as a daily driver. In all honesty, no matter how much a person love to drive, no one likes to be inching in traffic everyday for 1 hour. A nice weekend car would definitely make a lot more sense.

It’s also my dream SUV! Except the screen panel at the centre look sucks. Look more like a tombstone to me 😹

the price is good ..with their buisness pakage OTR only RM40XK only.. but local malaysia RX dont have sun/moon roof LOL so i went for recon japan RX much more cheaper and higher spec nice car with no regret

I agreed. Remove the heater seats, and put back the premium Mark Levinson audio system. Sunroof is not necessary,for me.

Usually features when car companies spec it, comes in a package. Ventilated and heated seats comes as a set so they have no choice to get it.

Interior should be in dual tone color maybe maroon with grey, would be more exciting.

The music needs to be soften when you are speaking. A bit annoying and hard to hear what you are saying. 🙂

Im a lexus driver, when people call my lexus RX a "Harrier" I get very offended. You think I cannot afford a mercedes is it?

Too bad the rear leg room is tight and small otherwise it would be a great option

@@fraud1366 haha, I own a lexus RX bro, I know. are you a malaysian? if yes, the context of lexus RX here(to the public) is not on par with X5,Q7,GLE, thats how most sees it. And I know for the fact, an RX technically not on par with A GLC,Q5 and X3, it is a class higher. People will come to your lexus, and asking what toyota is this, is it a harrier, haha. even with a GLC it struggle to look 'atas"

Xc90 is way more outdated than this with the same old external and internal design that carried over for years now with minor changes furthermore Volvo cars now are now Geelys so u cant divide both cos deep down its still a Geely furthermore who buys a car that will only fetch low RV after spending w fortune
