As someone who grew up during the Drive to Surive Era of Hot Wheels, it was super disappointing that we got a Highway 35 Game but never an official Acceleracers game. 15 years later, I see people like you keeping the series alive and I must say I cannot wait to see where this Project Goes! (Btw, Idk why this showed up in my recommended a year later, but I'm dropping a Sub because I cannot wait to see where this goes!)

Holy shit, this is amazing! I love Acceleracers and this is some absolutely insane dedication and the greatest love letter I have ever seen to the franchise. Keep going, I would die to play this some day!

The hell is this? This is gonna be epic! :0 Like actually wow. Love the detail being put into this. Even if this takes like 7 years to complete because of all of the realms (not only the tracks, but the environments' flora, fauna, and everything else in them), cars (both exteriors and interiors), and much more like a possible character customization or whatever idk. I am shook and hopeful for this.

what a great job you and your team did for this game, this need to reach everyone who likes acceleracers. this game still updating right? Because a game like this, will blow everyone's head lmao. Sorry if my english isn't good, im from Brazil.

In honor of Acceleracers (an amazing series!) I’m going to try and create my own car wrap for the Teku (favorite team) on NFS Heat and go all out on the specs. I’ll be looking for some suggestions for cars, so feel free. I’ve already got the BRZ Premium and 488 Pista on the list.

ngl here, car physics have been a pain in our butts since forever. Cat has managed to make many adjustments and they are honestly not too bad now. Drifting in my opinion doesn't really work. We are trying new things here and there but for now, that's what we got. of course feel free to test out the public build yourself on cat's discord server.

Sadly indeed it wont bring it back. It's just something to tickle your nostalgia. For me its a great reason to practice video game development and interact with the community. It also gives really cool opportunities. like, who knows what warped realm would actually feel like! We get to make it happen!

The cars should be included ingame at one point! Stay tuned! You can play this game on a PC that has a dedicated graphics card. I would not recommend using an integrated intel graphics chip or something similar.

If/when the video game is finished, what platform is it/will it be on?

Unfortunately Cat and the team does not intend to port it for mobile since it is already heavy to run on a computer. But i am working with another team on "Drive to Survive" that is made with Unity and therefore alot lighter. This one will probably get a mobile version at one point if things keep progressing.

@@BrOverShield the fact that you could get it onto mobile, is a big deal. That can show Mattel that this community is serious. And they could hire your team for a game. Also, when its released, could you hide a small teaser for a special project of bringing a highway 35 game to life? Would be insane to announce it at an E3. That would make the hot wheels zoomers and zoomers in general go apeshit

Haha i'll be in heaven if a game like this makes it to E3 XD about highway35, the legs and cars would probably be added to both games no problem but the main focus is on Acceleracers. Adding Highway35 content isn't an issue. As for Mattel, I really have no idea what they would think of this game since for them its over. I'm just hoping we'll never get cease and desist letter for this project since it's a really cool community effort.

Radikau estava fazendo um game por mais de um ano com NeverRain Studios, mas desistiu do projeto, como outros, infelizmente. O game sairia como mobile também, então fiquei curioso sobre o seu.

I m not programmer but I think you should be more focus in nail the car physics. I mean think it should drive more arcade than realistic

The owner of PA prefers realistic over arcade. we are working on physics as they are somewhat trash but alot better now than older versions of the game.

Cat did put alot of time in optimizing the game tho. not sure what was the last version you played. the worst tracks are swamp and water i believe. but by the comments we got there is now recommended specs for the game in the discord server and no you dont need a 3090 to run at more than 30 fps. we recommend a solid 2GB of VRAM or better.
