The call out on buying endless books & planners & never EXECUTING was awesome. It was a reality check to acknowledge to myself that I distract myself with learning & planning bc I’m AFRAID of not knowing what to do/how to handle things. This whole talk was awesome. Thank you for sharing-I hope you keep posting these! Key take-aways: change is uncomfortable & execution will always win

Who would you never meet? OMG that speaks volumes to me. 20 years ago I listened to the people who said that I am incapable of working away from home in another town taking care of adults with autism at a summer camp and turned down the job. Then I said wait..... NO so I called them back and explained why and they said yes please we still really want you here. I went there and met amazing people and friends. I went home on a break and dumped the guy who said that I cannot do it. He said I knew I shouldn't have let you go to that camp. While there I met an amazing guy and we are still together to this day. If I listened to him I would not have met my husband and I would not have had my amazing kids.

The biggest mindset obstacle I’ve had to overcome is learning that discomfort is not a bad thing, and is actually proof that change happens when I embrace the discomfort. Thank you for all of your wisdom sharing, Angie!

Hey Angie, fellow Canadian here (Also Ontario...45 min north of Toronto). I am not a member of your team but I never miss watching a team meeting! As an entrepreneur, I agree with everything you have said. I had the same fears as you did but at 40years old, I decided to go back to school (again) and I rocked it this time. I graduated with honours. I am now self employed as an RMT. I have a successful Health Care business and I am able to work from home (or wherever I choose to). Going to school at a later age was one of the toughest things I have done. I was out of my comfort zone the entire time and I will tell you, I have never grown as much as I did during that whole experience. Getting out of your comfort zone hurts but that is when true growth is experienced. I believe in the Law of Attraction and I am drawn to your content because you speak my language. I own a few of Tony Robins programs (early 2000’s) and they have always helped me through times where I wasn’t being the best me I could be. Your content and words are encouraging and motivating, thank you for sharing. Love your other channel just as much! From one Disney Nerd to another, "First, think. Second, dream. Third, believe. And finally, dare." ~ Walt ~ See you at the next meeting Stephanie

That's awesome! As another fellow Canadian, from the PNW I am super proud of you! I thought about that program in the past but worried about how strong one must be to be able to do that since I have some chronic neck pain and lower back as well.

Never did I ever think a video on KZread would put so much into perspective for me but wow. Some points and things you've said here have made me realize so much it's actually unbelievable, I usually watch your main channel because your videos inspire me and your enthusiasm for life literally brings me joy, I didn't expect to watch a video and get a wake up call like the one I've just gotten (and didn't know I needed) but thank you so much!! I'm looking forward to more videos like this!

Yes, to all of this. Am in week 4 of my first 12 Week Year and it’s nuts. I’m writing my first book, launching two new businesses, getting into the best shape of my life and killing it at my 9-to-5. I heard about 12WY from one of your earlier videos. So know that your videos really help people beyong your community of fitness babes. In spirit of paying it forward, have you heard of the Landmark Forum? It’s a 3.5 day program about what it means to be human. Tony Robbins was actually a leader in Landmark’s programs so there are some similarities with his programs as he carried some of Landmark’s ideas forward. That program for me was life changing. Anywhoodle, thanks for another great video and for pushing us to move our lives forward! Great stuff!

Angie, you are always a breath of fresh air. It is funny that THIS is the video I get after the week I had with my pets as you know from the Facebook group. The goal I have set I’m not even close to being on track for this year and I am the reason why. My big take away from this is that when I tell my spouse my goal and I do not make it. I’m losing trust. I never thought of that. Her trusting me is a very important part of my life. Thank you again for making this video in January of 2020 and here I am April 14, 2023 seeing it for the first time and letting you whip my mind back into shape!!!

I’m almost done with the 12 week year :). I’m going to gain 20 followers, make my first 10 sales, and deep clean my whole home. The part that hit home for me is you being open with where you came from. Because my husband and I too came from a rough spot. Being evicted from a small apartment to living with his grandma in the middle of no where with no car or job. To living with his mom with his job advancing and having car(s). Now we own our own 2 bedroom mobile home, when I look back I am so proud. We are not where I want to be but I know we will get there. I am so thankful I found your channel it came at the perfect time! I also found you on Instagram and tiktok. It was nice having a drink together, I had a pina colada 🍹 Much love! Xx

Tak8 g a "breather" from goals: I agree it does not work. Because dreams and desires don't go away when you stop going after them. They are still there and if your not moving g toward them actively they become a great sorrow and sadness. But the "all or nothing " mentality causes people to burn out and fall off. On good day: do what you can. On bad days: do what you can. They are going g to be very different but the result is the same: you made progress. All progress is food progress. If you crash and burn that's on you: pace yourself. Do what you can. Take breaks in your day and apply thinking g and common sense. You got this!

I don’t think I have ever commented on anyone’s videos until I just watched you. This was so REAL and needed and I will be watching this video more than once just to get that kick in the ass! You are amazing! I’m shy..literally don’t even feel comfortable writing this comment just in case it’s not the right words or statement I want to make but I’m doing it anyways! You are so inspiring and to know you used to be timid and shy and uncomfortable and to see how far you have come it’s such an inspiration..I had my first child 7 years ago and haven’t been able to think of a clear way to have a more prosperous life to be able to make memories and less stress and to know I just gotta plow through my insecurities and go is what I needed to hear from a complete stranger ..I hear it from family and friends and boyfriend but I’m hard headed and get defensive toward them I needed to hear it from someone not attached to me! THANK YOU! your amazing at speaking and inspiring and being REAL!

My IT career started off learning lots of new things. The Con is how volatile the area is and i'm changing jobs every 3-4 years because a company goes under or they do the same insanity of mistakes during booms and busts and layoffs and sell themselves to each other.... I found a job where i could be a lifer but it's the same problems that need fixing year after year and nothing gets resolved, so after 20 years in IT, i'm burned out and ready to retire.

28:46 to 29:05 I think those 20 seconds of the video is most important. You can try hard and do do do and at the end still feel completely unfulfilled. Definitely get seriously about what it is exactly you want and why. And 2nd most important, always be open to change. You could be going hard at something that really isnt for you, or you could be so stuck on something that once was for you and just isnt now that you've evolved. Just my thoughts on this. Love the video, thank you so much this helped me a lot. I'm definitely approaching the UNcomfort zone but I'm finally doing what I want! I really needed to hear this💖

A 2 year old video…it’s the end of 2022 and I am here for it! A definite listen to y’all!! Edited : Started to listen to the Audiobook 12 week Year on KZread it is around $31 for paperback. I do recommend to purchase this book I am currently just listening to it on KZread for free. But a copy would be very good to have as you start her Daily Grind Journals. But listen to the audiobook free as many times as you want. Then pull the trigger to purchase a physical copy. I am waiting for her new Daily Grind journals and workbook that is coming up at end of 2022. Go to her store check out her store awesome stuff ! Can’t wait to order ! I think this makes sense the 12 week journals broken up in 3 different journals is more accountable in your goals. Good luck! My life is ready for a change looking for things to help implement my goals. The Daily Grind journal and workbook and her beach body program is on my radar. Just gotta do it.

I like eating some super dark chocolate for a hit of magnesium. Probably not the same quality as a supplant but I get some healthy fats and fiber with it 💜

I have to say, I do agree with what you are saying with regard to motivation and effort, but I think essentially unless you are in at the start with any MLM company, a lot of people put everything into these companies and end up bankrupt. The attrition rate is extremely high....and I think regardless of effort....alot end in failure and that is the reality.

Hi Angie!! My issue is I WANT to do this. I WANT to be a great coach (right now I’m inactive) but I’m SO TIRED! my energy is always so low. What do you do when you feel like that?
