The funny thing is.... every video I've watch of someone test driving a Camaro..... when they hit that gas peddle, a smile immediately appears, followed by a chuckle..... lol.... going to the dealership tomorrow. Gotta get mines!!!

You hit on all the stuff that matters - it's basic and simple but not cheap, and it's a sweet V-8. Really appreciate your comments about the interior! So tired of reviewers complaining about it. It's fine! I spent a week in one and it becomes comfortable pretty fast. Good review. I'll look for more from you.

Very Good Sounding Camaro, Acceleration and Power was pretty Fast and Responsive! I always loved the Rumble of my former Red '92 Camaro RS.

Last month I was at a Chevrolet dealer in St. Peters, MO looking at a new Camaro that was sitting on the showroom floor. The windows were open but the doors were locked so I had the bright idea of reaching in and pulling the door handle to unlock the drivers door so I could try out the front seat leg room. As soon as I pulled the door lever the car alarm went off and I felt like an idiot and was looking for the nearest rock to crawl under. Excellent video as always!

Derek in teen wolf season 1 had camaro watched that season and im love with this car now

LT1 seems like a great deal and it's available with a manual transmission! Great video.

Great video. Love that red paint job. And the exhaust note with that big engine sounds great. I know I’m in the minority, but I like the 2019 grill better. It was more aggressive. 37k isn’t a bad price for this monster. Thanks Brian! 👍

Yes! but it's not nearly as cool as the 16-18 SS front end. Chevy really shot themselves in the foot with that initial change.

Decent video , It was good to see you show off the car as I am going to buy an LT 1 in a few months.

Yeah that bit was just cringe. The window size is like the worst attribute of the car. (but I absolutely love the car on the whole).

Very good review of the Camaro LT1. I just bought a Riverside Blue, 2020 LT1, 10 speed automatic transmission, dual mode exhaust option also. For $35,000, it's a great car. I used to have a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T. The Camaro LT1 is a lot faster and handles a lot better than the Challenger. The LT1 with the automatic transmission is very fast, love it! The ride quality is good, even better than my older Challenger. People complain about the blind spots, but it's not a problem for me. Get the dual mode exhaust, it sounds great when the hit it.

I'm glad he didn't just say what everyone else says. He's the only one mentioning the buttons behind the steering wheel. He can actually see out the windows. I know that you could actually put 4 people inside, though tight, but could be done. Others just write it off all together. So much more. Well done review. I may go 2SS though.

'Surprisingly thorough review. This is the first reviewer I've seen to dare sitting in the Camaro's back seat (or to say the design is "practical"), but Chevy isn't trying to fool anyone: This is realistically a 2-seat, very-high-performance, Rear Wheel Drive! car, built on a great platform that, at this trim level, is actually a good value. And that 6.2 liter V8 sounds fantastic!

I started out with the 2013 RS then 2016 RS now a 2020 RS Camaro. I wish I did better research on the 2020 LT1 modals, cool car. I hope GM does not discontinue the Camaro in 2023.

Maybe one day! Since production stopped there haven't been any delivered yet, but we have that on the list!

Got this car ONLY because I wanted a stick/manual and it was the only stick they had on the lot. Coming from a 15 Mustang manual. I have to give this car major kudos for the take off speed and the "tightness" of the wheel, where as the Mustang felt very flimsy at times.. It handles very well and lane changing and is very quick. Don't get me wrong, I MAY go back to the Mustang but I am truly enjoying this car.

I love my 2019 RS! I would have considered this if it would have been available at the time. However I still think I would have made the same purchase as I did. I got more options with a better appearance package for a cheaper price. The V6 is still a fun daily driver. But the LT1 is still a great option. My only complaint is I wish they would have given the LT1 the RS/SS headlamps. Great review!

The 3.6L is a fantastic engine in its own right. Personally I just love the V-8 sound more. I'd even take an LS1, with about the same power as the modern 3.6, for sound and feel alone.

I love this car. Probably the best car I have ever owned. However, there is a HUGE blind spot to the left and right. I have to lean forward and look backward over my shoulder every time before changing lanes.

Im a Ford fan but still this is a nice car really like the front end and nice exhaust note in sports mode, interior isn't to bad on the eye too. Would have to say for the price you can't go wrong for what your getting an affordable car, nice design and a V8. Great review, Cheers . @fgx6t

So my wife just got one last week. Couple big things to let people know: the sound system this trim comes with is one of the worst I've been in with a modern car. There are no speakers in the back dash even though there are holes and speaker grills. We are adding speakers there and upgrading all the other speakers with an amp and then it will be good. Also to contradict what he said, the trunk opening is pathetic. While the trunk space isn't bad, the opening is way to small and to me looks like it doesn't need to be. Mustang is way better in that dept. The visibility was a worry getting it but it is honestly not as bad as people complain about. Is it restricted, yes, but I've had and been in some other sports cars that are just as bad. This car definitely is a great bang for your buck when you don't pay MSRP. We are at about $2300 in mods since buying it (new black wheels, speakers as mentioned, muffler delete and window tint). Even if you add that to the purchase price of $32999, for the amount of hp that is still cheaper than the competitors.

I think I’m going to be buying a 2017 Camaro 2SS this year for my first car 😊 or a RS

Beautiful car. Cameros are one of my favs. I'm looking into buying one, unfortunately it won't be a 2020 lol. Luckily they're all beauties. I'm not hugely into cars specs, under the hood etc. I just respect & love the sleek beauty of a car.

Yeah this LT1 is all about being a low cost option while still getting all the performance

The stealth mode is like the noisy kid in class who can't stay quiet for a second, and still when they ask him to speak low, he sounds loud as fuck.

It is a bargain for that performance level. I am in the market for something like this. A 2020 2SS is going north of 50K.

I think I’d rather drive this than a Mustang in my opinion. I’ve seen far too many 5.0’s with a loud raspy exhaust. I’m not really into American V8’s all that much but I’m liking this camaro after watching this video🤔 it just might be my next car in mind.

Bros FOURR Speed yeah I think it’s a very beautiful sports car that is affordable to anybody and that’s why I plan on buying it lol but I’m going to buy probably the ones starting at 25,000 which is the most basic ones because I don’t really care so much for racing part of it because I don’t really do racing anyways lol but overtime I will upgrade my car like maybe do a wrap later on or upgrade the seats to lol but yeah I definitely can’t wait for this car, definitely going to grind work a lot and do as many hours as I can so that In a few months I can get it!

We just bought one yesterday, 32000 out the door. Dont know if thats goos or bad🤔🙃. Very happy!

@@BrosFOURRSpeed The SS Camaro and i think the ZL1 just recently started being sold by Holden Special Vehicles (HSV) replacing the Commodore variants that were discontinued a few years ago. Apart from the Camaro the only other N/A V8s that can be bought brand new are the Chrysler 300c SRT8 (our Charger) and probably the Lexus GSF *and the Lexus couple variant with the V8*

Would look good with black wheels to match the grill and trim.

I like that front end!

The paddles are really for downshifting. Upshifting happens often enough in automatic mode. And boy, that delay. Just get the manual.

Yeah I would only buy a Camaro with the Manual. I really don't like the 10 speeds. Way too many gears and slow response. Should of had a ZF 8 speed. Would have actually been a good feeling auto. But a Muscle car should only come in manual ;)
