Just picked up an X3 RC RR yesterday, and will break it in this weekend. Look forward to trying this setup. Thanks for another great vid!!
Thank you. I just bought a new XRC RR and needed a baseline. I appreciate you taking the time to put up a video and settings, it is a big help.

Thanks for the starting point. Tried it out, ended up lowering the rebound in rear to get rid of some bounce in the whoops and tightened rear HS compression and its great for my desert. Thanks for taking the time.
Love 🧡 the rc!! looks awesome with the 32" BFGs!! Looking forward to all the content!!

You could really see the difference in your videos from the first ride to you last couple. Fronts not pointed skyward on acceleration and it doesn’t massively dive on braking. Plus the chassis seems more flat in the high speed bumps. I think Matt hooked you up very well. Great video!

Nicely shown video. My biggest shock when I went to do mine for the fast trails was how sloppy it felt not knowing yet all 4 corners were all over the place for settings. Guys tune these in! Even if not exact how you want get them evened up, the ride is night and day. Same with tire pressure. Once I did this and rode again I was so much more impressed and happier with dough I dropped lol

Thanks. I just got a year end 19. First ride, wow! Second ride, let's just say, I over estimated how hard I could cruise over a 3 foot berm. And, (I used to race motocross) I definitely need to get this suspension set up. Apparently, Shock therapy has suggestions. ., . Fyi

I just got a '19 too I adjusted to the Fox race tune settings and it rode alot nicer the next time out. Low speed 3 turns High speed 4 turns Rebound 20 clicks Might eventually do springs, but the XRC seems a little stiffer than my dads XRS Max. He definitely needs springs.
Brandon on the front preload setting ,was that 3 1/4" from top of ring to the black mount or threads? Thx Matt
Did you have to raise the unit off the ground to measure the spring adjustments? (take the weight off the springs?)
Just picked up a 2020 XRC as well, are you still happy with these settings? Or did you ever up the ride height? Mine actually came with the same crossover settings as you have but I did adjust the HSC/LSC as a starting point.
Hi Branson. Are the settings the same on heavier 2020 RR max?
Is the shock valving on the 18/19 XRC Turbo R the same? Seems like springs are a stiffer rate. Been struggling with mine a little bit, front blows through stroke to fast and back is to firm lol did he give any info on nitrogen PSI? And Whats your ride height?
Beuttifull garage bro. Nice bike. Idk about Orange u like. How fast?. Nice Rock Crawlers. RC
Also, as far as beadlock and wheel lug torque, spec's, are they the same on the 2020 as the '18's ??? Lug nut--111 ftlbs +/-4 ftlbs Beadlock nut-- first torque 124 lbf IN +/- 9 or (converted 10.3 ftlbs) --Second torque 18 ftlbs +/- 1
Thanks Brandon 🤙

Exelent video my friend! I'm wondering if you can send me the settings for my 2018 can am xrc its been hard to figure out :( I just want to fly lol
Measurement to the rear crossover ring. You say 2.5" but your showing 6.5" on your tape. Am I seeing this right?
What tire pressure are you running with this set up?
The 32 BFGs look great!! Do you know if the gear ratio on the XRC is the same as the XRS? Since the XRS is running 30s it seems it might have been a good idea if they haven't.
@pmutah

I believe the gearing is the same on both the XRS and the X RC
Thank you for the Video! I just bought a 2020 XRC. I am coming out of a 2013 900xp. I just took this on a break in ride. Mostly low gear at this point. I don’t know if it’s just my first ride in the Maverick but I thought it felt amazing right out of the box. Do you have to ride super hard to set it up like you did or is the way you set it up just even better? I just don’t have much experience in this car yet. The 32” tires and all that travel felt amazing to me. You think your set up will make it that much better? Thanks again.

Thanks man. I set mine up just the way you said. It did make a difference. I really like the way it felt. I also used the performance key for the first time! Wow what a difference! I ran it in low as I am still breaking it in. But even at 3/4 throttle it is a monster! So stable! I love this thing! Thank you for the set up tips. The back tires were set at 24 from the factory. I let some out of the back running 18 psi all around. What do you run your tires at? Thanks again.
Brandon, how do you like the fender flares? Worth buying? Thanks for all your posts!

Soooooo....let me get this straight...you have a 24k buggy but you don't have a socket set?? Lol.... BTW.....great video, it helped a bunch with my tuning on my X3.
Hey Brandon, Awesome video as always, what are your thoughts on removing the front sway bar to improve the ride quality. Handling is no concern.
So everything is clockwise full then you go to counterclockwise clicks in correct?

2019 2 seater XRS/XRC had 3 springs on the rear. 1 hard, 1 soft, 1 tender. The 2019 XRS max rear shock only had 2 springs 1 hard and 1 soft. This 2020 XRC has only 2 springs 1 hard, 1 soft. Interesting!

So many people went with eibach springs because OEM sagged. Looks like they updated the spring setup. Might be pretty good and worth buying 2020springs for my 2019 instead of eibach ones.

@@DoNotCome45 Noticed this as well on my '19 XRC. Ride height looks much better than my dads '18 XRS max with 2 springs. His needs upgrade for sure. I've only been out 3 times on the XRC 2 seater, but it seems from the get go a lot stiffer. I guess time will tell with sag.

I copied your settings the car was super sloppy ....... I have a 22 xrs Only thing I changed was the high speed compression made it super tight and it drives like a race car
So many godfrey in ut lol
I did this set up and it drove horrible. Low speed setting all the way out made it too soft and to much body roll. Def not a great setup for fast pace trail riding. I switched all the way back to close then 1 and a half back open and so much better after that. I still have to readjust the rebound it’s to slow.
I gave these settings a try and was terrible. Rear end bucked all over the place lol
Not close to fox racing recommended
I dont touch suspension. It comes good
