This is absolutely no relationship to authentic Martial Arts, it is just gymnastics and dance. What does she have a Black Belt in ? Because it is not in Karate

This is a competition for ATA martial arts in ATA competitions there are events called creative and creative XMA forms. This is where you get to make your own routine/form to demonstrate. I can see how you would think but the traditional parts of martial arts are present in ATA taekwondo

@@user-hw8xn5pt1s This is one of the many events ata martial arts offers. there is sparring and more you would not understand as you do not have enough experience. But I do understand where you are coming from since you don’t know how any of this works.
