Perfect upgrades; I do want the kooks system with CAI and 93 tune on my Ford.

Sounds great! How would you describe the sound as far as livability for a daily driver? Is it too loud to the point it's obnoxious? Any drone at any speeds? Or do you think it's a good balance between quiet and extremely loud? Thanks for the input!

Just wondering if that's the oem radiator cover, if so how'd you get vararam CAI to fit with it. I'm thinking about getting one but dont want to hack cover, I'd rather have the clean look like yours.

Dont forget about the shutter delete,if you get one.i took out most of the pieces out by hand and tools.very easy and tricky.course remove the grill first.and you will get more airflow with the vararam.did it on my '19 classic,was able to keep the engine cover on it as well.now im a do it to my '20 rebel.also you wont hack it.sharpie and tin snips👌

Almost finished with my AFE Headers and exhaust in my Titan did it myself had to remove Engine mounts. Jacked the Engine up a bit to get more clearance as well and in they went. Now time to get it assembled. If it runs fine I'll run it like this until I can get it tuned if it doesn't like it back to a yard ornament it is.

I was thinking of getting a S&B intake with short or longtime headers from Jba or Kooks. I already have a borla S-Type Exhaust system so I was wonderful what do you think of that setup? Or what would you recommend?

Sounds like a good set up you're planning to do. I'd go with Kooks long tubes, over JBA for sure. S&B is pretty good stuff.

where and what tuner did you buy? already have the muffler delete, added the intake & mud tires, and now im looking to add the same headers.

Yes, should fit as long as you select the right year vehicle when ordering your parts. Make sure that you call and verify twice as well. Sometimes the website says it’ll fit, and it really doesn’t. You absolutely need a tune.

11 hours?!! Mine got installed in 5 and a half. The same AfE long tubes on my 2019 ram 1500

So because the Check Engine Light is lit up the truck dies after 10 seconds if you use your remote key start? What exactly do you have to do to make that go away? I’m looking into getting long tube headers for my 2021 Ram 1500 and am curious if this is something I may experience if I don’t have a tuner.

It had no gas, that caused it to turn off. lol. Check engine light disappeared after the time.

I looked for you, and all I can see now that they still make are just cat back exhaust systems. Try calling the customer service department and see if they have any lying around.

Can you make another video with a pass by? Did your setup add drone ? I will be putting a corsa exhaust, AFE LT headers with cats, S&B CAI and a custom tune on my 2019 RAM Limited. I hope it will nod add drone to the truck....

I removed cats. The long tube headers and y-pipe come in 2 different variations: Street series, with cats Race series, with no cats With cats cost like another $400, and I said forget that mess. 02 sensors are still installed, and custom tune is needed to remove check engine light. The Diablosport PCMs are now unlocked, and can be purchased with tune programer to get everything you need done, in order for this to work flawlessly. Paired up with Chevron's 91 octane gas, and it's a difference between night and day man. Definitely worth it.

It really depends on the brand, because clearance requirement is slightly different, because the 2019 ram's new body style makes it a slightly tighter fit than the previous generation.

Jay Pierre if it’s an even TIGHTER fit than the 4th gen, I would buy a 5th gen specific header.

Those vararams work with the engine cover,fyi

NV smog checks vehicles that are 5 years and older. This one won't need it for awhile.

The tune is perfect. There is no drone whatsoever. I did a complete muffler delete. Although you feel a little loss of torque on the low end, you feel the huge increase in horsepower in the middle and high-band. Hemifever 91 octane custom tune

At what rpm range do you feel the loss ?. I do tow occasionally so it will be a factor to consider.

On the very low range as soon as you floor it, you feel little loss. However, I'm cruising on the highway doing 80mph, and don't even notice. There is a lot of room to play and you can definitely feel the trucks true potential when you let her breathe. The minimal torque loss was worth the horsepower gains. Also,, with the custom tune, tire calibrator, and everything dialed in, mpg has increased as well. I couldn't be happier.

Is that a stock exhaust? Looks like a bola

No sir. On the outside its pretty loud and people will hear you coming, but because of the noise cancelation on the inside, it's prefect
