I saw one video and instantly subscribed. This guy is awesome and super engaging and gets right to the point without nitpicking over every little detail. Great content!!

My family and I had this car since 2020 and it’s still going well. Good on long drives and really the ecomode is extremely helpful especially with the increasing gas prices. Plus after sales is actually ok.

@@arlugino0402 Sa experience ko sir, yes. Solid pa din ang drive niya until now. Samin kasi we always have it checked sa casa/dealership 3 to 4 times a year dahil maalaga si erpat (change oil, pms, minor repairs, etc)at ma prevent common problems, which is effective naman.

This is a superb car. You get a lot for the price. Cruise control, bluetooth, drive modes. It even has a 2 liter engine. Now thats pretty good at this price range. Its pretty darn powerful especially when you reach the revs. The drive modes have legit different feedback. Sport mode puts a little more weight on the steering, throttle input is more sensitive and the braking is just a little bit more powerful. The only downside is the underchassis. I dont know why the korean cant perfect the under. Korean cars are always noisy under the chassis.

Owned one. Sarap edrive. Walang bitin moment. Head turner pa. Pogi in short! Test drive na to experienced it your self. Kadalasan kasi mahilig mang bash sa mga sasakyan Kona man o ibang brand/unit eh hindi naman talaga owner o never pa nya nadrive kaya ang ending hanggang NEGATIVE comment lang talaga🤣

Atkinson cycle engine helps with fuel economy, lower HP rating but much efficient compared to common 2.0 engines

I like this car. It’s cute and looks capable. However, I find the interior cheap such as in dashboard area like HU aren’t touch screen and air conditioning is manual instead of automatic climate control. I find it expensive and you only get a little less but nonetheless, the car is amazingly built.

Bro just a piece of advise if you're looking for a whip in this price range take a look at the xpander, brv and rush from mitsu, honda and toyota respectively. I mean unless you're really looking for a compact crossover those options are more bang for your buck. The xpander even has the same design language as the kona.

@@michaelklein23 not interested in those. Specially since they're just 1.5L with only a 4-speed automatic tranny. The Kona is perfect for me. 2.0L as I travel to the provinces in my line of work. 6-speed AT with +/- triptronic manual shifting. And at just 1.118M it's a bargain. And most dealership offer zero down payment. I also like the acid yellow color. Don't get me wrong, the xpander is a looker but it's more a family car.

1.5 lang ang xpander, pang city driving. 2.0 ang Kona. pinalaki lang nila si Xpander, 7 seaters nga cya pero mas malakas si Kona. Muntik ko na kinuha ang Xpander, buti nalang nakilala ko si Kona. turning 4 months na cya sa kin, inlove parin ako sa Kona ko😍 Best decision ever..

When you buy this car, you've got to set your priorities straight. As for me, it's the size and the drive of the 2-liter engine. I do understand that it has an outdated interior/tech, but sometimes it's just kinda fun to drive and just be intimate with your car without being distracted.

I have the essential model. Cabin noise is poor and so is the sound system. I don’t live in a city, my gas mileage is better than advertised. 2 yrs driving and no issues yet.
