2019 FAI TIRT World Cup Race 3rd Place 🥉🥉🥉!!!

This weekend has been a whirlwind of emotion, but also filled with many great memories. Over 60 international pilots participated in this race. It was also my first night race and I was completely unprepared for it. Luckily my copilot Steph kept me in check and my training took over. This was not a result I could accomplish myself, rather it was a team effort with my teammates and friends scrambling to help me prepare my drones for the final elimination rounds. I'm honored to compete with so many talented pilots and I'm going to work even harder in 2020!

Hahaha sometimes if the environment is noisy mostly to cancel out ambient. But usually I'll only wear one earpiece so I can leave another ear open for my spotter who calls out positions and any situations on the track.
