I'm going to refer to the Buick Lucerne cxl which is made on a Cadillac chassis it's a Cadillac with a Buick badge and The enclave has a Cadillac counterpart so it's a Cadillac with a Buick badge LOL haha I love Buick I've had a few Buicks over the years my first Buick was a 1981 Buick regal

I am loving my 2020 Enclave. Just purchased it last weekend. Now is a good time while interest rates are low.

Drivers seat needs to be bigger for guys like me.

Saw the 2022 version. Waiting for that one! I think coming out in August 2021.

I have a 2011 Buick enclave and I love it it is a creampuffer it has 210,000 mi on it and is in perfect shape and is a virgin to any repairs

Why aren't fog lights available though? At least on the Avenir trim!

Step dad drove a 13 in silver idk what trim but was rlly nice.

Test drove this and the Palisades Caligraphy. The cargo capacity in the Enclave is much better than in the Palisades.

Nice review and like the features on the second row

The driver and passenger seats in the Palisades Caligraphy are MUCH MUCH nicer than the Avenir seats. But overall I like the Buick better.

Seriously considering the Enclave as the next family car as we’ve outgrown our current sedan. There are just so many choices these days!

I was an up on the last body style. This one seems rather generic compared to that one. Way too many incandescent exterior lights, no fog lights(!), and an obscenely small rear wiper, to name 3. The video is very well presented with extreme detail, as usual. Good job, guys.

Really nice review. It’s just kind of shocking for a vehicle that you stated it is about $60,000 that it doesn’t come with the rain sensing wipers and you have to manually open the sunshades on the roof they actually snapped back sounding really cheap I think Buick needs to rethink that for that price.

Raheem Clark For us, Buick is up the street and Acura, Lexus, Infiniti and the like are an hour away.

I love Buick as a good tweener brand; however, I still dislike how GM packages options. I really wish safety systems were standard across the board since this is at times more expensive than the MDX which does include those safety systems on every model. GM makes good vehicles, no doubt, but the value proposition isn’t as good as the Acura, Lexus, and Audi options

What if the new Grand National share with Camaro platform ?

Most reviewers talk about all the materials They haven't once Give an opinion on the lower parts of the doors and the middle section between the wood and the leather arm rest And to me that black color was the worse addition to the lineup It would look better with white or something burgundy leather

How do you get the window up if it's not auto up as well as auto down?

Auto windows just means it only takes one touch to lower the window. Otherwise you just hold the button down

You can not turn the auto start/stop system off in the Enclave. However this could be something that they add in 2020

@@CarConfections thank you for replying. I test drove an AWD essence this past week and I guess I didnt stop long enough to notice the feature because it didnt happen... I had mentioned to the salesman while in the vehicle with me that I am so glad this vehicle doesn't have stop/start because I dont like it, he agreed. At this point I am confused and will need to do another test drive!

@@mandarenee2549 it's one of the better stop/start systems, it isn't as noticeable as a lot of others. Still wish it could be disabled.

I have the 18 regulator x and there's a part you can buy and you just plug it in and you no longer have the start stop and I believe that the 19 is start/stop can be turned off

2 deal breakers. The gear shift, and having the air flow direction only on the screen....

Selecting Reverse with the shifter is annoying, but not a deal breaker, and pressing one button activates automatic climate control which adjusts the airflow without needing to access the screen.

Interior very similar to the Cadillac XT5. The engine sounded much more quieter than the XT5 from stop up to speed. Back seat fold down and no spare seemed to me lacking.😁

Yeah even though the Enclave is larger and has the same engine, it was still quieter. We were surprised by that.

That didn't look at all like a "flat folding floor" to me! Does the second row flip forward?? IDK why ppl dislike the Lincoln MKT when it beats the heck out of all the Buick features for a lot less money??!! This has NOTHING over my old Lincoln!!!! Mines a 13 and it has WAY more features that make it FAR superior to this. I thought maybe replacing mine with an Enclave but after watching this... NO WAY!

Both the second and third row fold flat, it just wasn't done properly in the video. The MKT has some features that the Enclave doesn't, but the Enclave has more passenger space, more cargo space, gets better gas mileage, has a driver-selectable twin clutch AWD system, can carry more interior weight, and can tow more.

Both roads in the back full fly and has the largest square feet I believe it's 97 it can fit much more than the MDX those cars do ride similar they have the same exact transmission general motors and Ford went in together with the transmission and they have a shop in Mexico that they produce just transmission the same as the Ford explorer not the new one that was a new Ford explorer is rear wheel drive and is having many many problems with it

Waaay over-priced for an average truck!! Buick knows that this is no more than a $30 to 40K vehicle, no matter the size. $60K is lunacy!

This is far from anybody’s “average truck.” It’s a very refined capacious luxury car that has over 97 cubic feet of enclosed cargo space, good towing capability, full 7 passenger room, and amazing surround / rear / front cameras and an awesome sound system. (Actually Watch this video review next time.) The 2020 Enclave Avenir is even better, and nobody needs to pay $60k.

Lexus and Acura over this.
