I just bought that same bike last month . First bike in 20 yrs and my first Harley . I love it . Looks badass and that 114 will pull tree stumps ..lol

Andy Lace Agreed, Im patiently waiting for next weekend for the HD test rides. The local HD dealership here has poor customer service so a group of us are riding one and a half hours to the next HD dealership. Looking forward to it.

I set on one there in Dealer last weekend, Was surprised how balanced it seem to be.. Either that or the 35 pounds less make a big difference on it. I heard it scrub there too..... Heel shiftier gone--- Good far as I'm concerned. One at my dealer here seem to have louder exhaust too, And did not look to be add on, looked stock to me... Guy ask me if I wanted to trade my FB in , He seem me ride in on it.... I said watch me, I plan to ride on it too!! LOL

Great video, does anyone have any issues with the chrome _ bars/rims pitting?

Is it true that the floor boards are not fixed, in that at a low lean if the boards make contact with the road they pivot as if on a hinge so as not to throw the bike

I heard it also & caught me of guard when it happened. It was not intentional, but it shows you how far they can go compared to before. There is more lean angle with the new frame design. That shows you how far you can lean the bike now.

Alan B'Stard M P or maybe you should accept the fact that they are trying every time to make a product following the customers' desires while still keeping the whole idea of softtail/chopper thing and that's what they can come up with given the circumstances. If you want to feel more sporty and have more aggresive lean angles maybe you should give up riding a Harley and stick to a tourer or sportbike. Harley is what it is now and we like it. Your bitching doesn't belong here.

How tall are you ? I'm 6.10 is it as comfortable as the 17?

I am 5' 9". I feel it is more comfortable

HD die-hards have to be red faced. No doubt this is a great looking bike. But it is quieter than Mortimer Nerd's moped.

Why do you ride so close to centre lines when there is oncoming traffic? While this model has more lean angle, your test is not convincing to me. Those are not mountain road curves, but rather gentle curves in the road. I've seen other reviewers on tighter bends and the thing scrapes and that big rear tire is unnerving in the tighter stuff for those reviewers. If they were crappy riders, fair enough, but they are not. Great lookin bike though and certainly much improved.

you make me laugh ... look as much i can lean on bike then your body go other way. it telling me that you have no knowledge about lean on bike and this bike don't want lean.

I think the iconic Harley-Davidsons like the Fat Boy should retain traditional looks. Willie G would never have allowed this.

tryarunm I totally agree and lighter doesn't mean better just cheaper
