    Thanks for the suggestion. I’m not sure what credible predictions I could make for paper 3. I think the best plan is to work through as many past papers as you can. That’s why I’ll be posting 2019 soon along with a Madas paper. You can find the other years’ papers on my channel

    Hey sir for qu3d in stats, how come you can’t set p (0) = 0.01 + (11-1)(alpha) then solve for alpha? I would assume this would work because I am using F=11 where I know the P(F=11) is 0 because Thomas assumes the child won’t need more than 10 throws?

    The mean and SD are found but by adding up all the data so outliers are included. The median is the middle value and the IQR uses the middle 50% of the data. Thus outliers don’t affect their values

    @@bradleyjeffs1633 I think what they mean is, theres not too many questions they can ask you. There will almost always be a sloped question. There will almost always be a kinematics question and a rod question. Its just practice, statistics on the other hand who knows

    1:05:43 for (c), from the start of (b) we have found that T = (5/2)Mg, so it is optimal to use that in calculating R1. R1 + (5/2)Mg*sin(alpha) = 4Mg, recall sin(alpha) = 3/5, so (5/2)Mg*(3/5) = (3/2)Mg, => R1 + (3/2)Mg = 4Mg => R1 = 4Mg - (3/2)Mg = (5/2)Mg.
