Me too.. It would seem that owning a Brompton is like has some kind of cult following. No other Bike that i can think of has this sort of following.... Sure there are Bike races all over the place.. but none that i know of using just ONE brand of bike. These people are loyal and pretty special.. I know of downhill MB racers who have Brommie Bikes..
