This is caused by a diode wrapped inline within the harness. I forget which wire it is but I had the exact same issue. I remove the old one, desoldered one from a PCB and soldered it in with extra shrink tubing and haven't had that problem since.

Yep... that's exactly what it turned out to be.

Hey mine just started doing that too an mine is a 2021 but I haven’t noticed it doing it on a left turn though it’s been Random when it happens thank you for the vid 👍🏽

Actually it turned out to be a broken diode. It was snapped and the connection would stay together until you made too hard of a turn. I did all the research on the Polaris forms and I guess several others were having the same issue. After sorting through the bundle of wires I was able to find it.

@@Pnwutvadventures the diode was located in that large bundle. It's been a little while, but if I remember correctly I had to just pull off the electrical tape around the plastic loom. Once I did that I was able to see all the wires and I could see the diode in there and that the ends of it were just separated and only making connection when the steering was straight. I did not even wind up replacing it. I just resoldered it and everything worked fine. I have had no other problems with it. I know I did find some others online dealing with the same issue though, so it obviously must be common. Are you having a similar issue with yours?

@@newagemuscle2010ss my issue is that if I wiggle the harness specifically on the area in front of ecm fuse area the bigger part of the harness if wiggle threw my tmap light goes on or off then the quad runs ok but rough iddle so I’m thinking something is loose in there I had the quad on idling and I moved the harness in that area and quad dies

@@Pnwutvadventures have you open the plastic loom up to see if something was coming loose or maybe that diode had a slight break in the connection?
