What’s the labor time call for on this pipe?

To be completely honest we were unable to find labor time for that exact part so we shot from the hip and we ended up eating several hours of labor to exchange the pipe due to we can't charge for the learning curve of doing something completely blind and not know if it possible in the beginning. At the end there were no leaks and the customer was happy 😁
