The 2016 Honda Aviator is an automatic scooter from Honda India. It is powered by a 109cc air-cooled single cylinder engine, one of the most powerful and fuel-efficient in its class. The scooter comes equipped with features such as a Combi-Brake System (CBS), a metal body, underseat storage, puncture-resistant tube tyres, safety key shutter, wide seat for riding comfort, alloy grab-rail for the pillion, and a low-maintenance air-filter.
Honda Aviator is the third scooter that Japanese maker offers in India after the Activa and the Dio. The Aviator with its tallish look and ‘Live your style’ slogan targets is mainly targeted towards male riders.
Sitting at the top of current Honda scooters line-up in India, the Aviators gets the same engine that powers the Dio and the Activa. The 109cc single cylinder air-cooled engine churns out 8bhp at 7000rpm and maximum torque at 8.77Nm at 5500rpm. The scooter gets the V-Matic transmission and can be started using kick start as well as self-start option. With the recently updated Honda Eco Technology (HET) the scooter has company claimed efficiency of 60kmpl.
The Aviator is sold in two variants in India, STD and DLX. The only difference between the two is that the STD version gets drum brakes, whereas for the DLX variant gets a front disc with Combined Braking System (CBS).

Engine and Gearbox
The Honda Aviator is powered by a 109cc air-cooled single cylinder engine that outputs 8 bhp @ 7500 rpm and 9 Nm torque @ 5500 rpm. The scooter employs an automatic continuously variable transmission, which makes it easy to ride
Suspension
The Honda Aviator uses a trailing link suspension system at the front end, and a hydraulic shock absorber at the rear. A unique feature of the trailing link suspension system is its anti-dive characteristics. When the front brake is applied, the front end doesnt dive, which improves stability and control.
Braking
The Honda Aviator comes fitted with 130mm drum brakes on the front and rear wheels. The scooter is equipped with a Combi-Brake System (CBS), where both brakes are actuated even if only the rear brake lever is pulled. Using both brakes simultaneously shortens the distance required to come to a halt considerably, when compared to using either brake individually.

aacha combi brake ka toh batao bhai, ke meri cbr 250 mein combined abs hai but woh dono disc brake hain toh samjha jaa sakta hai, par isme front disc hai( hydraulic) hai but rear drum, matlab hydraulic nai hai, toh yeh kaam kaise karta hai??

Bhai....AGR suspension ka matter h toh ...Jupiter....other wise aviatar have more power and torque than Jupiter which result in so smooth engine ............
