I just purchased my 2017 Accord V6 Touring in NC. White Orchard Pearl with tons of chrome. I love my new to me Accord!! It has every option including factory tinted windows. This is my 6th Honda accord purchase! 3 still remain daily drivers for my kids. Keep up the great work Honda Laura!

Such a beautiful car. This is probably the best and most attractive Honda Accord ever made.

That red looked gorgeous on the Accord but I still prefer it black ☺

Honda has outdone itself with this car. All that for well under 30k? Probably the nicest stock Accord I've ever seen. Gonna look into this when my lease is up.

Got mine today in lunar silver! Great value buy! The wheels set it off for me. Sun roof and Honda sensing woulda been cool but I kno the kinda person I am and it wasn't a big deal to me. I've had a sun roof before and I never used it anyway. Plus if u have your phone then navigation touch screen shouldn't be a deal breaker so I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Does the special edition come with a Laura as well?

Halo back lighting is changeable. I put mine blue, doesn't create as much glare, to me anyway. Good video

Hi Laura. You're a great car reviewer. What do you think is better? Mazda 6, Toyota Camry XSE or this Honda Accord Sport? My interest is style, long term reliability and handling in snow. Other reviewers told me they liked the 6, but that the camry was far more reliable. Then I came across your video from someone who told me to check out this car. I'm so Stuck.

The Sport special seems worth the extra cost of over the regular Sport. Good job Laura, very informative video.

Awesome review, you deserve yourself a 5 star dinner dear.

The Canadian sport version has everything the SE Sport has but it also comes with a power moonroof, proximity key, push button start, Android Auto, Apple Carplay and Honda Lane watch. Why did Honda decide to give Canada such an upscale version of the Sport compared to the US market?

Honda Canada produces parts for the Civic, pretty sure all Accords in North America come from Marysville Ohio.

Because Canada does not get the EX with a 6MT. Because no "base" EX, they give the Sport more options. So the lineup is LX, Sport, SE, EX-L and Touring.

5 years after buying my 2012 Acura TSX Special Edition, Honda has produced a bootleg model ! 2 years after Acura stopped making the TSX, and replaced it with 2 cars (One that's too small, and one that's too big), Honda now offers this bootleg tsx special edition ! Honda, you are the "special edition" car company ! You find new ways to NOT give me what I want that I would have never even thought possible ! I really wanted to continue being a repeat customer, but after all this, you make it really difficult ! Oh by the way, keep on dragging your feet and taking so damn long to come out with the new Civic SI, I really appreciate that also !

If anyone wants to make their new 2016 and up Honda Accord all models look like a beamer, I have done a full led light conversion on the exterior and interior. I have videos of my tutorial up as well if anyone wants those soggy yellowy halogen projectors gone as well as the other yellow lights on the entire car. Hope I was of help and hope you enjoy the new Accord!

Only thing stopping me from buying this car is no push button start. The ignition lock cylinder in my Honda broke and cost a lot to fix. So only push button starts from now on!

I picked up my 2017 Accord Sport Special Edition in San Marino. This exact car, just added the Honda black sport grille to get rid of some of the chrome. No sunroof, no problem, the wheels, leather and overall exterior front and rear facia make it. I got $5800 off bc it was last on lot and they're making room for the new 18's. LOVE MINE 😍😎😏👌🏾👍🏾

i think honda should had installed the push start bottom for this special edition, that would give the car a better difference than just the heated seats, the black leather seats.

Hey Honda Laura can you review the 2017 Honda accord EX in modern steel or basque red?

Another GREAT video, Laura, and thanks for sharing! But right now, I am planning to wait for the newly redesigned 2018 Accord that will come out in the late summer or early fall of next year. I have seen early "concept" photos of it and I sure hope that Honda keeps the car with the same look of the concept cars which is just AWESOME!!

Buyer be aware: I've read that the 2018 Accord will share the Civic platform to save costs, and basically looks like a bigger Civic, which is what other manufacturers are doing. I'm planning on buying the last 2017 generation that is more unique and has it's own platform.

Gosh, the 2018 Accord looks AWESOME on the outside but what you are saying is VERY concerning and disappointing if it does happen. And this 2017 Accord Special Edition with the heated front seats and leather interior is nice but not sure if it is worth paying $1100 more for these things.

LAAMOR99: Thanks for the link and I read the article. But I guess the Civic platform is smaller than the Accord's and that is why you do not like it since the 2018 Accord will be smaller in length??? Just wondering. But the 2018 Accord concept photos look AWESOME, though Honda may change the look when the car is mass-produced. Anyhow, you seem to prefer the 2017 instead which is interesting.

Yea I also liked the 2018 concept, but that's all it is...a concept. Like you said, its not guaranteed that it will get built. According to the C/D article, the 2018 Accord will be a shared platform with the Civic, meaning it will be virtually the same Civic underpinnings/platform, but with different bodies and engines. Honda will also most likely get rid of the V6. I don't like to downsize, as I love the Accord, which is a larger, more substantial car than the Civic. And I don't like to "share" a platform from an inherently smaller car, even though Honda is doing it to save costs. When it comes down to it, that's what its a'll about, saving money. My ultimate wish would be an Accord V6, 6 speed manual, with AWD. Now that would be an awesome car, but Honda won't do it b/c it wouldn't sell enough to make a profit. All well, the SE looks great with the leather though.

I have this car, but just so you guys know, there's no trunk lever or whatever those are called. Those things you pull to open the trunk, if you get what i mean. The only way to open the trunk is to either use the remote or from the front. There's a lever on the left side by the driver's chair. This to me is a HUGE issue and I now which I got a different car.

for some reason a good amount of cars have that without an exterior truck lever thing, I think every car should have it and it doesn't make sense why a car company wound put that on their car

In Red it looks Great. Can you please also tells us the fuel mileage in KM and per liter, as other Asian countries have? I saw all your videos and you describe its fuel mileage in Miles/Gallon. Anyways Nice work, and your description is also perfect.

Which one did you like driving better between the accord or SI?

It should have different wheels that only the special edition can get. Maybe a sunroof and a hfp body kit

Some people don't mind not having push button start... If it breaks or something doesn't work you'll have to pay much more money to repair it, and key ignition cars last almost forever... I don't personally use sunroofs too much just because I use A/C. Just get the Touring trim level if you're making such a f**king deal about it.

I like the sport because it's the only one that comes in red. The touring doesn't come in that color. Thank You

cassmanio The only thing the Honda Accord sport is I'm my opinion is a sporty LX S accept it has 4 more HP and maybe a stiffer suspension and 19 inch rims that's basically it very nice looking but I'll pass Toyota gives you more in their Sport trim
