After this review, I considered a test drive as my family is due for a new vehicle. I own a 2016 Chrysler 300S and it is very good so far after 2 years. So..... We bought an all new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica S Touring Plus L. We love it. We tend to always buy Japanese vehicles for a family mover since they are dependable and built better. If you are looking for a family vehicle, that I think looks great w the S package. Test drive a Pacifica at least. I bet you won't be disappointed. I took it over the Sienna, Oddyssey and Sedona. The Kia Sedona is great. Probably just as good as the Pacifica. Test drive that one too.

We have the touring plus and love it, 8th seat and large infotainment screen with leather seats.

the automatic lift gate in the rear is an added feature, not standard. I own the touring base with the upgraded 8.4 Uconnect. I love my van though!

Thanks Sam, excellent job as always. I'm curious how this would have done on the washboard road you typically take SUVs over. Would the NVH be comparable to the Kia Sorento that scored very well there? I know a different class vehicle, but just curious. Thanks

Getting to love your reviews. I feel you need to be a bit more critical, and give a few less stars as most reviewed models seem to be getting 4 to 5 stars as of late. Did the Pacifica not have a lap belt?. Keep up the great reviews.

The Dodge Caravan is going out of production shortly, they aren't making them available for press fleets.

No a fan of the exterior design. I liked it better when it looked like the 300 and not the 200.
