matt i need help i have a Chevy sonic 2017 my pc at home recently got hacked so the email that i was useing to access android auto not working i cant get rid of the old email that i had when i set up android auto, also i listen to Iheart radio and also cat get it in my car cause the email associated with that is still locked in my car can you help. also can the my link be customized i was watching some you tube video on that or does it depend on the type of car you own

If your home screen does not have "Android Auto" or "Apple CarPlay" or "Projection" - you are out of luck. TRIPLE CHECK TO SEE IF THE CHEVY MYLINK SCREEN HAS THESE APPS! Some models don't have these Chevy Mylink features. I found out the hard way. I just purchased a Chevy Equinox 2017 and I can't use my Samsung Note 5 or Iphone 7 Plus for phone features like Pandora, Amazon Music etc. etc. . I was able to use an Iphone 6 plus using the USB plug. At least I have that for Pandora, iHeart Radio, Spotify and Amazon Music. The car could only make phone calls using Bluetooth. Oh and we were able to use the iPhone 7 plus using the AUX cord. The dealer is unable to "update" the stereo to add these Apps.
