I think he was injured around this time. For like 2-3 Decembers in a row, Yoongi ended up getting himself injured and unable to perform.

He had surgery a couple of days ago because he tripped and damaged his ear drum. They say the surgery went well but he needs to refrain from practice for about a week. We should see him perform again in January for the upcoming awards shows

its not the cameraman who directs which camera to cut to though(although mister cameraman needs to reevaluate his career choice). And frankly them cutting to a standby camera behind a friggen pole is just stupid. This doesnt happen with normal music programs so why the end of ear gayo events?? Their pds need to sort their shit out.
