Она очень эмоциональная и не может справиться с собой.очень красивая,пожалуйста не пишите злых комментариев,ведь мы смотрим искусство и не надо злорадствовать ,если у кого то не все гладко и все как хотелось.все стараются а упасть может каждый не будьте злыми в таком королевском виде спорта

Johnny is right (3:44)--It appears that she has never learned how to fall properly. Some of the errors aren't all that bad, but Anna goes SPLAT and be all tragic/dramatic about it. She just doesn't seem to know how to fall.

I think she knows how to fall, but rather does not know how to recover from it. If you see other professional skaters, they may fall, but it's as if it's part of their program. They stand up fluidly and forget about the fall.

@@jingfangzhao3300 No, she doesn't know how to fall, at least in competition. Maybe it's nerves. But you shouldn't smack your head and/or back against the ice every time you lose control of a jump. We learn how to catch ourselves with our knees and hands.

But it's not exactly the case where she doesn't know how to fall (bc all ice/figure skaters learn how to), but sometimes when you do something that makes you feel nervous or anxious or repetetive, you do forget. I'll never forget the moment I accidently stopped in the middle of a piano concert lol.

@@jingfangzhao3300 That's basically what I said; that she doesn't know how to fall in competition. I haven't seen her training sessions, but I would assume she doesn't fall this way in practice, or she'd be done by now. I'm a figure skater, and I can promise you that we do not typically fall like this. It's rare, even in competitions. In years of skating, I've probably hit my head less than 10 times, yet Anna does it fairly often - on jumps that she knows! It's bizarre. Usually the worst falls happen when you're learning a new jump.

Страшно смотреть как она падает. Ни у кого таких падений не видела. Как будто обмякает на льду.

Бедненькая,как переживаешь за них,ну ничего,за то краше наших никого нет👌🏻

Крупная для фигурного она - высокая и тяжёлая. Не зря у нас не берут рослых. Просто не смотрятся они на льду.

I agree with Ariana, falling properly is so important that it is the first thing you're taught. You can't be afraid of the ice or to fall, and when you fall enough your body almost learns how to protect you.

Didn't she fall the same way at Worlds last year? I don't know if it's a lack of focus and concentration or if her technique is bad.

Troy Turner I'd say it's a mix of all. She's always falling like that and if you pay attention, even when she does land the jumps, it's almost always shaky and she doesn't cover much ice during her step sequence in spite of being a bigger girl than most other competitors so no, I don't think her technique is good at all but then again, that's the case with almost all the new skaters who rush into the jumps without a solid base.

Что то с чем то и сбоку бантик,такое неуверенное выступление, растерянность , падения, хотелось окончания этого цирка..

С её габаритами и весом падения конечно будут тяжелыми, даже ледяные отметины- ссадины на ногах говорят об этом. Анна всегда будет призером, но первые места будут занимать миниатюрные девочки. Это физика, антропометрика, против неё не попрешь.

In my experience it's about 90/10. 90% of falls don't hurt, but that 10%... good luck. And Anna's falls here DEFINITELY hurt.

When you know how to fall, it doesn’t hurt. Freak accident falls, sure. But these she should know how to fall in them.

I don't know that there are "rules" for falling BUT you try to land on your butt. I've never seen anyone spin horizontally in the air when they fall on the ice!!! Bizarre!!

Is there really a right way to fall? Just looks like normal falling to me lol

Skaters learn how to properly shield their body with arms etc to protect knees, hips, head etc

Maybe her mass mixed with the speed made more difficult for her to.control her falls. Therefore if you are beyond the 22s it might be more dangerous for women to try those jumps. Even the great Carolina Kostner strugle with this problem, fortunately she never felt as bad as Pogorilaya

Technique so that you do not hurt yourself so much. eg, you can't stop falling once it starts but you can twist to the side and not land on your hipbone etc.
