Sangeeta Melekar has put life into this sing. She has lived each phrase of this song.

I watched this song several times... not for the song but for the stanza where Rana forgot the lines and Sangita started laughing. That was so natural ,better than song. Both are superb singers and have great chemistry between them

Bahut bahut khoob! The original song was a feisty exchange in "Dhool Ka Phool" (1959) between Rajendra Kumar and Mala Sinha on stage, with an audience taking sides and cheering each of them on. The feelings of the original song come through very nicely with both Rana-ji's and Sangeeta-ji's renditions. The music, needless to say, is perfect. It's a really lovely duet and they have carried it off extremely well. Keep up the great work. I wish there were DVDs of these performances, I would buy them like a shot! Dr Sudevan Wisconsin
