Chaz is a consistent skater which is why he usually places 2nd or 3rd. Never 1st because he doesn’t want to risk that consistency. You need to take risks to win it all. Which we all know he never does go big or go home lol.

Amazing how skateborading is competitive but friendly and respectable. Congratulations for Luan Oliveira and Hoefler, two amazing brazilians skateboarding's!

That Nollie Late Flip at 52:20 was absolute perfection

Luann winning is what skateboarding is about, not nyjah who cries when he loses and celebrates other skaters bailing tricks

This event scoring setup was SOOO much better than the new system of just one run, 4 tricks and 2 more for top 4 only. The original way made for so much excitement and drama at the end. The buildups and that anyone could still win was what got me into SLS back then. Now the contests are just a boring event where it seems they’re corporate and just worried about fitting the event in for commercials and sponsors..

I agree, but I think it would make it even better if they made the skaters keep at least one of the scores from the runs, that would put more emphasis on consistency. I don't like that you can simply ignore the runs and win with 4 best tricks.

Lol p-rod’s hot pink board is so bright it’s reflecting onto the ground. It looks like the lights under Suki’s car from 2 Fast 2 Furious 😂

I've been binging SLS stuff and started with the most recent finals. Having done it that way and worked my way back I saw Nyjah Huston as the unbeatable anti-hero of these competitions. Now seeing this (especially the fall on his last best trick) he seems like the main character. lol
