that is the perfect system everybody's been looking for systems like these are in very high demand to have on a nice truck or any truck for that matter.

This is the best sounding 4th gen ram I have ever heard. I've got a 2013 ram sport with catless y pipe, borla xr1 muffler, resonator deletes, and borla 5" tips but I'm thinking about switching to your setup now

Best sounding ram on KZread!! The long tubes and Borland make a helluva difference over cutting the resonators and putting a cherry bomb on.

Sounds damn good. I purchased a brand new 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 Crew Cab with the 5.7L Hemi and it has the 8 speed automatic (love it). At the dealership before I had even signed the papers we were on the internet and looking at custom exhausts and outside of a muffler delete your system is the best sounding and what I wanted to do. That being said, less then 14 hours after I purchased it I had it at a local muffler shop getting the muffler cut off and a Y pipe welded in its place. Total cost was $130 and I know I could have got it done cheaper by simply calling around to other shops but I wanted it done immediately LOL. I love the sound of it, I was going to install a custom exhaust later but have decided against it, it sounds to good as is. It turns heads and I get lots of compliments!! Down side, my MPG is garbage because I'm always getting on the throttle :-) Anyone considering doing the same thing I highly recommend it! Just have it done by someone that knows what they are doing so if you think its to loud you can have your stock muffler put back in. I have many videos on my channel demonstrating how mine sounds. Granted IF I had the extra money laying around I would have invested in the setup you have. Take Care.

Noone seemed to of noticed but he has a custom license plate that says like "DQO S55" so someone trying to read your plate would be unable to without good vision and being extremely close. Smart guy

Nice truck! Have you had it on the rollers yet? If you have; how did it effect the torque curve?

If you have already done a remote start once and shut it off with the key fob and then try to restart it, it won't let you. Or if it has less than 1/4 tank of gas and below freezing out, it also won't remote start. Or in your case, the hood is open, it won't. Sounds badass man!!

sounds good looks like you have the mufflers mounted in the back by the bumper instead of in front of the rear axle do you think it makes it sound better

Love the sound. I have the exact same truck, canadian version. same colour as well. Thinking about the Borla S type because I had it on my mustang, but now i'm thinking the ATAK.

I have the s-type on my 2015 ram. Really bad drones, and the sound is not that good, not that loud, true waste of money in my opinion.... I'm looking to set mine up just like this guy... He's done an amazing work on installing jeep's atak on his ram

Do you know where a guy could find the mufflers from the S-type? Looking to do the same set up but can't find the mufflers for the S-type or the 5" black chrome tips sold individually

I found out that them X-pipes has a way of making a true dual setup not as throaty and making things a little quieter! BUT that truck will pull way harder speeding up vs not having a X-pipe on.

Did you keep the resonators on the stock tailpipes or are they gone?

No this is not a direct fit. Everything had to be custom fabricated. The only thing that was used was the actual mufflers. Everything else is custom.

Hey man I love the setup you have and the sound it produces!! I have a 2015 ram myself and i want to set it up with the atak exhaust! But ram's don't have atak, they only have s-type which is kinda weak.... The one u have on is from a jeep SRT 8 right... But do you know any thing about the exhaust like was it made for jeep SRT 2015 or 2010?

The ATAK system I have was intended for a 12-14 jeep srt8. It takes a lot of modification and watching them cut up your exhaust you just spend $900 on isn't easy. I recommend only doing this if you are absolutely positive this is what you want. Be prepared to spend at least $1200. Overall I am very happy with it.

I just got a 2016 GMC sierra. My 2013 was having to many issues had 190k miles on it. Going take out the cats and put a X pipe with true duals 7 inch tips headers and intake plus program only has 20 miles so going wait other 500. I think also a 8 bds lift with 38 inch nittos

sounds good. now headers? i found them to be crazy expensive. 2010 hemi 5.7

Those hemi's just have the best note, even out of the factory. I have a 2015 Mustang GT 5.0. I listened to all kinds of cat back syetems and nothing comes close to this. I looked at the RAM trucks. If I had more money, I would buy one also.!

Check out the corsa extreme cat back for your 5.0. I was torn between that and a Borla atak when I had my boss 302. I miss that car a lot. I wish I would have never got rid of it.

As much as everybody hates on Flowmaster, I had the Outlaws on my 2011 5.0 and it sounded incredible. Online videos don't do it justice. After hearing my car a couple guys got rid or their Borla's to get Flowmaster Outlaws

+Daniel Richard to me flowmaster is either hit or miss. I had a 40 series cat back on my 05 GT and it was alright. I'm personally a Borla fanatic. I was going to to full Borla on my 12 boss 302 before I sold it.

For whatever reason on the new 5.0s a straight through muffler, like the Outlaws, sounds the best. I was a little leery when I ordered them but couldn't have been happier once I installed them. One of my buddies had Borla ATAKs then Borla S-Types and finally got the Outlaws and was extremely happy with them.

Wow, I just looked them up, they are loud? I don't want the neighbors to complain. The 5.0 no matter what you put on them, just does not sound as good on idle as a RAM. Wish I had a RAM in my Stang. thanks!

Sounds awesome!! I have a direct fit Flowmaster 50 series American Thunder on my '15 Ram. I have a before and after video if you wanna have a look at it. It sounds badass too.

I wanna do a true dual as well and delete the stock huge muffler ans use a borla pro xs muffler its a dual in dual out would that work out in your video look like you have all pipes and no muffler looks like but i am pretty sure i am wrong i am trying to find a good sound and set up

True dual means no crossover. Sounds great though.

the part number should be #11827. I want this exhaust for my 2012 ram 1500. I love the sound!! I agree with the drive by and in-cab sound.

i discovered that if you run the car by putting key inside car the sound will be lpuder when it run than when you run from remote i tried it on my gmc sierra 2016 and i do not know why

because when u remote start it starts only 4 cylinders (MDS system) assuming u will just heat the car up ..etc, while when u r inside it does maximum rev required (usually 2.3 RPM) to be ready to take off as soon as possible

No the tips and mufflers are all together. Look up borla atak jeep srt8 and you'll see all the images.

I would look at the axel backs for the 5.0 or camaro. I'm sure it could be modified.

It's possible to do it that way. But you won't get the same sound. I advise if you want the Borla atak you might as well spend the extra money and do it all the way.

I got the system off eBay and then I took it to my local exhaust shop and had them modify the exhaust to fit. I also had then remove the factory Y pipe and replace it was a true dual with an X pipe from the cats back. All in was around $1200.

Did Michael J Fox do the welding while Stevie Wonder supervised?

humberto gonzalez these were made for a jeep SRT8. The tips are integrated into the mufflers. Just search jeep srt8 Borla atak in eBay. You'll be sure to find it. That's where I purchased mine.

I don't have a part number. But this system doesn't exist for a ram. It came off a jeep srt8. That's why your having a hard time finding it.
