It's a new day, new year, a new start. 2015 is going to be a great year, lets start this great year with good exercise routine.

I think will be best to do the similar workout everyday but it depends on the person and body condition. its very important that do not over training otherwise your muscles tied and not able to support and get injury.

    Hi, i just wanted to say thank you. I have just had news from my Doctor that because of the weight I lost I am no longer considered a type 2 diabetic. I dont get much time to work out but your videos help me find the time and are one of the few excercises I get.

    Thank you for making videos like this one. It is the only exercise program I have done for the last 2 years, 3 times per week. It really helps me to stay stretched out and enough in shape so I dont get hurt doing all the other hard work I do. I am slowly adding more reps to the work out and I am learning from the 2016 video now too.

    Sensei is a japanese word. People might take offense because the chinese and japanese people have been in confrontation historically. The chinese word for master is shifu (I think laoxi also)

    Hello Master/ Sifu, I liked your videos , I want an advice from you , an year back I injured my knees while practicing squats very fast way and had injury in knee meniscus , I went for a checkup and did a knee MRI scan and mild knee injury was found and doctor recommended me some medicine and excercise and said it will be alright avoid folding your legs unless totall healed. I want to know from you master ,that what are the kung fu practices , that will heal my total knee meniscus injury and I can practice what you are teaching in videos very soon .I have very deep passion on kungfu. Regards

    Kung Fu can be loosely translated manual achievement. And at it's basis, the philosophy of Kung Fu is that if you work hard at something you will eventually reach YOUR goal, whatever it may be. Now, Martial Arts is not Kung Fu. A chef who cooks has good Kung Fu, because he has honed his abilities as a chef to cook well. Martial Arts on the other hand is a very specific thing, and learning a specific style can depend on everything down to the way your personal body works. Exercise is meant to keep your body healthy, and you should always do it to achieve a healthy mind as well. What time you choose to begin learning whatever Martial Art you choose to learn depends entirely on you, though it would be a good idea to practice "Kung Fu" in the sense of training your body and achieving a fitness goal, before attempting to learn any form of Martial Art.

    for me I would suggest you do it either in mornings or evenings but give a list HALF hour before and after food also if it in the morning let your body wake up a list 5-10 mins then start exercise evenings a list AN HOUR before you go to bed. so just try to avoid these things if you can and depend on your day. good luck :)
