Good info hey here is my issue 2017 accord touring v6 . While climbing on ramp at low rpm vehicle surges makes like an air slapping windshield noise. No lights on and drives great other than low rpm under load . You have any ideas

I just had this happen to me 2 days ago fuel pressure low so I had to get it replace but waiting for the part to come in mines a 2015 still under warranty if you have 150k miles less or 15 years

Sorry for the delayed response. No special tools required, just a normal slew of sockets and a decent rachett, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers. It's was very easy cleaning the throttle body just tedious. Make sure you use only throttle body spray to clean the throttle body only. Thanks for watching

Car is in limp mode. Most likely from misfires. Check your spark plugs/ignition coils.

Happen to have misfire as well? Going to do a crankshaft sensor relearn and also throttle body clean on a 13 with a engine swap at the shop. Has no acceleration when stomping on the gas, let off it'll pickup speed. Customer claims Honda told him injectors.

@@joseavila5484 was injectors was a pain to do, back of engine if I recall correctly. I believe the dealer wanted way too much so he brought to my buddies shop and I did them.

Gotta remove hoses and also intake, hoses were a royal pain so make sure u have a pick/wd40 and hose pliers.

Exactly, my brother has this car and it’s the first thing I checked. I quickly found out that the spark ⚡️ plugs were esteemed up. We bought 4 new iridium NGK plugs, I installed them, and car was happy again. It’s doing it again since two years ago. I’m about to perform the work again.

I have same case with 2015 Accord sport. Changed spark plugs , got from dealership, and serviced oil. Problem did not go away. Too heavy to accelerate and speed

I have a 2014 Honda Sport. It has 120K miles. Lately I noticed a squeaking sound (like a mouse) when I cold start it. It never sounded like this before. On occasions also on a cold start, it will yank forward like it’s in drive but it isn’t. It’s obviously in park. Im trying to get another 100K mikes from the car and was wondering if you had any idea what could be causing this? Thank you!

Clean out the throttle body and mass air.. mine ran new again after that ..

Maf: Flow air sensor & you might have to change sparks plugs…

It’s the spark ⚡️ plugs. For some reason this version of the K24 engine will eat the plugs every 2 years.

@@Travelingcarguy1 my 2015 ex accord had exactly the same lights and issue. I brought it the dealer and they said fuel pump was bad. 87k miles - and not covered by warranty.

Did you not check the codes ?

That's the first thing I did off course! I had a TPS code and once I opened everything the throttle plate was really dirty and after cleaning it everything was working great. I got lucky with just cleaning it.

My car is doing this right now !!

Your throttle body is probably caked up.. clean that up, and it will run like new again.. (just need the cost of the spray.. Also, clean the Mass Air meter.. (it’s a different cleaner).. but cheap to do. New plugs also.. ?. Not sure how many miles or the history.. also check your air filter..

I have the Honda Accord 2018 sport and it won't accelerate several months ago. We brought it to dealer and they said nothing wrong with it, after a 6 hours wait time 😩. Then last Saturday afternoon we took the car out and it won't accelerate again. We turn it off and on, let it sit, nothing helps it accelerate. Cannot go faster than 5 mph. It just won't accelerate. We live so far from the dealer and we don't know if we should get it tow there, especially from the last experience.

That’s means there’s a transmission code

@@Travelingcarguy1 I’ll try that tomorrow because I’ve been having the same issues with my car but no one could tell me what was wrong the only code that was pulling up was the crank shaft position sensor but I’ve changed it twice and it’s still doing it
