Luxurious is an understatement. The 2015 A8L is a limousine without the driver. It's a dapper apartment on wheels. And it's an absolute animal on the highway.
It's phantom black exterior radiates class and prestige. It's stunning interior spoils it's passengers with enormous space and comfort. But don't think it's all glamor and no brawn.
The 4L V8 makes a thundering 435hp and 444ft lbs or torque. Couple this with Audi's Quattro system and mashing the loud pedal hurls the sedan to 60mph in 4.2 seconds. For such an elegant vehicle this is insane, but I'm very thankful for it.
As with all audis the material quality is top notch, but things are taken to an entirely new level. A choice of silver or gold flakes can be inlayed into the fine ash wood trim. The optional $6000 bang and olufsen system produces some of the best sound I've ever experienced. For those concerned about their company, an optional executive rear seat package can be added. This gives the A8L a cooler box and a rear passenger foot rest.
Technological features have been enhanced for 2015 giving the sedan 360* parking sensors, lane departure correction, a heads up display and more. The improved night vision system is now able to detect large animals in the road.
On the outside new LED lights continuously adjust brightness and direction, even taking into account route guidance information.
At over 17.5 ft long, the A8L resembles a land yatch. This makes riding in any seat of the luxurious sedan a privilege.
The MMI system boasts an impressive screen and intuitive controls. This allows you to quickly put on your favorite yo yo ma cello suite, and cruise to work as comfortably as possible.
The A8L is the pinnacle of luxury. The german engineers have ensured that every component of the car will make your life easier and more relaxed. For those that can't spring for the Rolls, have an insatiable passion for the four rings, or want a personal limousine you can drive, this is a car you need to have in your stable.

Wait until you read this: I’m about to buy one, same car here for about 23k! Live depreciation (mint) I’ve owned 2 A8L, 2001 and 2006! 4.2, this newer one is 😱. S8 another level.

People have their own taste. I personally do not like the S 550 because the grille looks damn near the same as a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van. It's like they don't really try anymore because they conditioned everyone to hear the name Mercedes Benz and instantly think PRESTIGE, POWER, RICH. I appreciate Mercedes Benz, but I personally enjoy my '15 Audi A8L with the 6.3 W12. It suits me.
Though an old video .. I love it. Do you think that it is underrated on power??

frozenzoo my parents own a 2009 S550 and it's a piece of shit, they just don't build em like they used to, it started having trouble as soon as the warranty expired. ive never driven an A8 but ive read good things about them

When i heard the music start, I was expecting the ocarina of time theme song.
my friend owns a slightly older model of the a8L and i got to drive it once. it definitely felt over the top luxurious but in the end, even though im a huge car enthusiast i really wasnt too impressed considering the price tag. it was definitely nothing realistic to spend that kind of money on. in canada this car approaches $150,000 with tax brand new.

In Europe we get the A8 with the Diesel biturbo V8 385 bhp and 850 Nm of torque. 0-62 mph in just 4.8 seconds that's very impressive.

Great idea!
The only drawback of this car is the fact that it does not have access to the MMI in the back seat.. whereas in the BMW 750i L you do have your own iDrive control and two screens in the back seat.. (haven't done my homework whether or not this is actually an option in the A8L but that is a must in this realm)

I have an 2005 Audi A8L before you buy, make sure you know the maintenance that shit is more expensive than a Mercedes or BMW. I know it been 10 years but still is expensive.

i work at an audi dealership and the rep has told us they are still banned in the usa. they look identical to the matrix headlight but they just dont have the technology in them.

stingrays aren't luxourious and can't corner and crash alot because of the fact that they have too much horsepower for rear wheel drive while having 0 or not much downforce

It was very quite. However it's a luxury cruiser so I appreciated that. But if I owned this car I'd certainly need a nimble, sporty and good sounding car for the weekends!

Vehicle Virgins LESPAUL44mag i have a 2013 and i deleted some of the resonators and it changed the sound drastically. If youre interested the videos are on my channel. I dont like the shape of the new headlights, but some of the features you mentioned sound really cool. I have the night vision assistant in my car and its been used once lol. Keep up the videos, I like your short and to the point reviews. Much more watchable than the 20 minute reviews from certain other new car reviewers lol
if you go for the Mercedes S Class or wait for the new 7 Series BMW this Audi is a joke
