His back is actually a bit weak, but those shoulders are the biggest I've ever seen in that pose.

My three favorite were Cedric, Dexter and Ben. I give a lot of respect in credit to Dexter competing at his age still. it shows there are no excuses and you don't have to give up. Cedric was big and pretty proportioned but I think Dexter had a better back then Cedric did. in this competition I still saw a few stomachs sticking out. in that department I'll give it to Cedric. I enjoyed seeing Branch Warren compete but he lacked size in his chest and also, his back but he had real good legs.

That too... getting 2nd or 4th for branch really depends on the judges, but i would definitely go with your call in a more appealing perspective instead of the current judging system

I like his physique the best of those 3 too but his condition held him back. Cedric has an awesome aesthetic physique but that's not what is winning shows right now, nor has it for a decade or so...regardless of what we all think.

Marius Dohne smoked alot of them. Dexter and Cedric miles ahead all trying to play the size game and it isn't working. Winkler gets worse every year as he gets bigger smooth in every comp he does could bring a good package to he looks like he doesn't have the commitment but relies on more and more drugs. Branch isn't pleasing but at least he's in shape. Justin Compton has so much potential but again trying to play size and forgets conditioning very watery.

Branch had bigger legs and little bit better conditioning and thats it. I think Dexter was more complete.

Damn politics. That was Branch all day. Peeled, dense, and best X frame on stage.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills when people look at this stage and think Dexter beat Branch. Dexter has better arms and a smaller waist but that doesn't make up for the obvious conditioning edge Branch has over everybody not to mention his chest and legs destroy Dexter. Just look @0:59 and try to compare.

Branch shouldn't even be compared to these two (Dex, Jus). Yea he's conditioned but those two guys are smoking his ass. If it weren't for politics he'd be in last place.

jamesgville I'll go so far as to say, that Branch had the shittiest back in the whole fucking competition. It is asymmetrical and has shitty proportions... And yeah, maybe he has good conditioning and vascularity, but it's still impossible to see any striations in his upper body. That back alone should have placed him so much lower than he did

@@ceedub7506 Conditioned, except for his shitty back. And his body - overall - does not have much aesthetic appeal.

It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is, you'll be able to increase at least 10 lbs of lean muscle in few weeks, and keep building more along the way once you learn the tricks to enhance the muscle growing rate.

hahaha i found this hilarious. i want to be a bodybuilder but i dont want to look like that! there stomachs are huge they look like they are fat its horrible i miss the old days when they were ripped when i saw them i said wow i want to look like them but when i saw these guys i thought they are gonna die soon

Branch has no biceps and his back is so weird to look at. His physique is terrible. However, Cedric has the best physique.
