Yes. but the same power output at partial throttle, the bigger throttle body will be closed more than the smaller stock throttle boday. At low speeds low loads the bigger throttle body will be harder to modulate. In other words, for small throttle openings (most driving) the smaller throttle body will work better by being easier to modulate. The bigger throttle body will be better at full open (or almost never for most drivers).

Dyno it now w the 90mm , and a control/stock !!!!

I didn't get an o-ring for the spacer that was provided. Did anybody else have that problem?

Can you use this with a throttle body spacer?

The drive by wire thing is confusing because it probably comes from the more popular term fly by wire which actually means flying an airplane electronically not by pulleys and cables. We know what you meant though like when the gas pedal was connected to the throttle body with a cable in older designs.

No difference in fuel consumption had it for 3 years never noticed any change

I have an AirRaid CAI. It's the only aftermarket work I've done so far on my 2017. Is a tune necessary?

If you are going to capitalize on the benefits you will see double the gains with a tune

A tune should be high on your list if you actually want to see your bolt ons shine.

On a completely stock truck, would this increase sound at all?

You *may* here a slight increase in induction noises when you step on the gas, but this is mainly a performance modification. You won't hear a noticeable change in sound. -Zach

I'm going to get one.. but I have Palmolive that I can soak my hands in and won't be needing the gloves, ahhhhh.... Palmolive... ..ok I'm just kidding... but I want this part.

tbh why pay 500 for this when you can buy a tune/device from palm beach dyno or lundracing for $600 w flex/straight E85 tune

Because most people who are serious about adding hp do more than just a tune. I have aftermarket cai, intake manifold, exhaust , lth and a 90mm with my pbd tune and I promise it is faster and runs more efficient than just a tune. It all works together. NO body should add just a bigger throttle body and think they are really doing anything but adding the intake throttle body and a intake mani with a tune will see significant improvements!
