I am familiar with this vehicle. I just do NOT see the appeal. Besides, they are lemons. I know of one that required 3 cvt replacements in 1 year. Also, they are rather uninspiring to drive and are rather bloated in appearance.

NOW they are lemons. They didn't use to be. We had a 96 and a 2000 Pathfinder and they were solid tanks. The reason this new Soccerfieldfinder isn't appealing anymore is because now the design responsibility was given to the US and basically Americans don't like appealing and rugged vehicles. It's become a rule of thumb when a foreign vehicle gets designed in the US the US designers take a shit on it. They like boring appliances that as long as they're reliable and Japanese they'll sell. As for the few of us Americans that actually like appealing vehicles we are limited to the American brands and if we can afford them, the Germans. But the Japanese brands with the exception of Mazda are simply appliances now. Most Americans who own say a Toyota Camry don't even know if they purchased the I4 or the V6 model.

they had some issues in 2013/2014 models in some pathfinders. the issue has been fixed now with the transmission. they were replacing the earlier Trans with faulty parts. they didn't break down though. just acted funny...

It has no remote start
