Those blocks with the holes are the best to be laid they are lighter and less wear and tear on the Mason

That's like rocket science compared to most brick making in Africa. In fact I watched an indian company. They had a woman with no gloves using a sponge to put sump oil on the formwork (as a release agent).

Hi goldenboy blessings ::: some of those blocks are to build homes the solid one that u saw in the vidio they are to pave roads , roads that dont have high volume of trafic streets in smal towns . How much the machine cost? Don't know that. Remenber there are a conveyer then mixer then another conveyer then the machine that makes the blocks. Hope that help u some .

نظام العالمي . كيس اسمنت لازم يعمل 45طوبة . نسبة رمل تكون اكتر من بحص بكمية قليلة للنعومة الطوب .. رمل 500 كيلو وبحص 350 كيلو واسمنت او شيمنتو 50 كيلو . جبلة كاملة تكون 900 كيلو .

انا اعمل في هذا المجال في تركيا هذه طريقة فاشلة وقديمة وتحتاج إلى الكثير من العمال أولا خزان الرمل يجب أن يكون فوق الحفرة مباشرة وكل مادة تتحكم انت بالقدر الكافي عند الجبل نعمل نحن بنفس الطريقة وننتج قرابة 12000 قطعة وعددنا 6 أشخاص فقط في 7 ساعات
