Do you use concrete hardener in order to stack wet blocks? If no, what is the best formula to make strong blocks that can be stacked with the stacker?

we test run machine, only use stone powder, when customer produce blocks, will add cement, no need to add others

The problem I see is with the block curing. Needs to cure in an environment with consistent humidity and temperature to achieve consistent strength and integrity. I'd highly advise against using the final product for anything structural purely based on inconsistent curing.

curing is easy, just put to place without sunshine, then shower is ok, just how long time curing with different temperture and humidity
