The infotainment system in the Audi A8 is very similar to the one that was in my 2016 Audi Q3.

As for all Audi's that are not 2017-present you need to buy a Bluetooth adaptor

I own an a8 2015, i connect my iphone with bluetooth, actually its connecting everytime i start the car.
