Thanks and always interesting for us with an old P85. I know Bilexperten also repairs batterypacks and drivetrains. It could be interesting with a video about that at some point. Also if there is any preventive maintenance on e.g. drivetrain or even batterypack. I'm from Denmark and here we only have Tesla doing the repairs and it seems to be very expensive. Maybe Bilexperten can do something better here.

A friend got all 4 door handles replaced on a model S, the cost was more then the cost of my first car plus 1 year of gas and service. It is a bit weird that they add this system and at the same time promote EVs to have less moving parts and complexity.

After watching this video and the comments i feel i have to say some constructive words: 1. Tools like screedriver never put on skin seat (iam alergic to see tools and parts on seats) 2.Door panel falling off and leaving it later on the floor (imagine it was a new car with a new panel) 3. Door handle removing without removing glass (beginer fail) 4.Putting door handle on the metal table to rub against the chrome pull handle (dont know what to say) 5.Installing a used door handle is only canceling the problem for few weeks or months.. 6.I want to see what protection he installed on the rear of the handle after he destroyed the butyl plate..(he could re-use it) All in all they still need much practice.. Btw Iam not a Tesla employe just a mechanic and I hope this coment will not be deleted.

From what I understand, the central rules only reqire each member countries to have periodic vehicle control, while it's up to each country to have their rules. In Norway, the control for cars are first after 4 years from new, then every 2 years. Large vehicles, ambulances and taxies are ever year from start.

If they år more than 30 years. with a special status of value to be preserved, they just ever 5th year, after 50 years and value to be preserved, they don't require tests anymore Like the full scale replica of "Il Tempo Gigante", known from the animation movie "The Pinchcliffe Grand Prix" (Flåklypa Grand Prix). That car is a modified 1966 Cadillac, and passed its last test in 2016. It is usually on display about that movie. Rarely in traffic, but road legal without periodical tests.

@@Addeeeerrrrrr this year, we also got "Tempo 100" trailers i Norway. If a trailer match certain requirements, it can be approved for max 100 km/h (compared to max 80 km/h otherwise). But then they are subject to periodic testing, 4y then every 2y, and tires no older than 6y. I don't want to spend money and time to get my trailer approved for 100 km/h, when most ov my trips are 50-80 km/h, som long trips are even 90-100 km/h, but I only save 5-10 minutes each way. I don't see enough benefits to upgrade my trailer to 100 km/h, to have official inspevtion every 2 y, and no more than 6yo (from production) tires. I'll stick with 80 km/h and inspect and maintain my trailer myself. I know there are many shaby trailers out there, there should be inspection for all, then I would uppgrade to "Tempo 100" because I can, and I would only add tire change every 5-6 y.

You confuse "service" with "repair". The claim is that Tesla does not need services, as in the endless annual preventative checkins you have to do with other brands if you want to retain warranty.

If you take the main test less than two months before your deadline expires, the original deadline will remain as the basis for determining your next test." vegvesen.no Seems like you had the main test "too early" because, the next deadline is in March 2024, not 2 years after the original deadline.
