Ok so a few questions what Temps are you running at its highest temperature and did you change the thermostat for performance gains or because it was running hot. And what degree thermostat are you running?

My suspensions are a common one before you even answered my questions and that is you more than likely have air bubbles in your system. Start out by opening your coolant reservoir and squeezing your upper and lower radiator hoses to see if you can get any air out of the system. Then start the car and let it warm up to temp and see if you need to add coolant. If this doesn't work. Look at some KZread videos on how to burp the system there are a lot of good ones on here very easy to follow. Also check for leaks you may have a small leak you didn't know about.

Ya I did that with the first 180 thermostat I installed but think I did it too late not sure if this is why my first 180 thermostat failed. Will see.
