Got a m sport as well and it's quickly turning into M5 knockoff

2 weeks ago I bought a used 535i xDrive with 68'000 miles on it. Here in Europe they are a lil bit cheaper than in the US i think. But what a Car! Everything anybody on a Day to Day Basis needs and with the new 5 Series coming out the prices went down also. Great Review Eddie!

These cars are so easy to fix 😭😂 I love people who hate on BMW. The depreciation because the incompetence of people not changing certain parts for aluminum and NOT using BMW oil and transmission fluid, the fixes are super easy. Love BMW! I just hope people keep on hating and have little knowledge on the vehicle so depreciation stays a factor in these vehicles 😊😊👌🏽 can’t beat that Inline 6 at all! Best engine !!

I just bought a 528 after trading in my truck. I have owned the 3 series a few years ago but was looking for something fairly luxurious with some room in it. I don't see why everyone says the 528 doesn't have enough power. Sure the 535 is quicker, but if I want to go fast I have a different vehicle for that.

528i isn’t even that bad for regular traffic. Those things are deceptively quick, if I didn’t watch my speed, I would be driving at 100 mph and not even feel like it.

Solid review, zero fluff. What a review should be.

I would really recommend that you implement Exhaust clips in your videos, maybe with nice mice or something. We are all carguys here, who doesn't want an exhaust clip? :D

I am a BMW 535i owner and it's a 2011. I've been waiting for a review to see what you think of it. I love my BMW and can see myself continuing to buy BMW's in the future - dream car is an M5 or M6

I like the idea of shorter videos. Maybe consider having 2 videos for each car. One goes over all of the quirks/features along with an interior tour. And another separate video discussing how the car drives, your opinion, and some cinematic shots. Glad to see that you decided to stay on KZread!

The weight of the 5 series is fine. This car is light in sport mode. I had driven the 340 and 330 2017 cars, they are way too light. The 2018 5 series I heard is much lighter. Sometimes too light is too dangerous, by the way the 528 and the 328 is always the best seller. I’ll upgrade to the g series in 2021. I own a 528i x drive 2013 with electric steering I prefer my car over the hydraulic 535 steering. You are definitely a 3 series guy

I agree that the 6 series Gran Coupe is perfect in every way, but that car si even longer than the 5 series, and u said that even the f10 is too big, so the 6 series i think for the true sporty feel must be the M6 or the 650i xDrive

suggestion, can you compare the Continental and the CT6? also you should try to incorporate different elements into your vids, to make it less like that other channel add some sprinkles of salamondrin?

God I love your Camera work man! It's outstanding, and your reviews are not taking an insanely long time yet are informative, maybe go over a few more features and compare them to the competition a bit but overall loving the content man keep it up.

i really like your videos, the way your shooting and the info you give, also 5-7 min is perfect! hope you get as sucessful as VV is right now, its a shame u got cut off a oproject you helped to rise and contributed so much. Keep it up, great videos!

My BMW 535 xdrive smoked my friends 335i and a M3 to 60. Love my 535 exaust note. Very comfortable but when u press sport and put d in S it completely changes

Loving these shorter reviews!

My 2014 was 68k new (msport, comfort, lux packages), got it for 23k. Freaking-A this thing is easily tuned so that all that 'weight' feeling really disappears. Mostly it's the throttle response, a tune in and of itself can fix that. Slap in a few bolt-ons, and you're pulling past 335's, and it's 'quite' sporty again. Spot on video!

hey Eddie, I want to buy a 535i or 528i.. and I found some cars with around 60k - 65k miles on it.. do you know how reliable these cars are ? and does the 535i have any problems with the turbo ?

I own a 535 and when you switch it to sport mode it does transform into a different car.

Must say i was missing some shots from inside Eddie missed the nice dashboard shot and controls in the middle console

It is a heavy car,if you want agility it has to be a 3 series.I have a 535d in the uk with over 300bhp its a great car but more suited to cruising as you point out,the 335d over here with x drive and a stage 1 re map are running around 400 bhp and can kill many of the so called super cars.

Bro idk what yall on but as a 535i m pack 2013 owner this car has no problem with reliability i pushed through limits and still never had a problem on 94k miles planning going to 140k

HW2800 just get a 2013 or newer 528i x drive they cost between 24-38k if u can afford the g series go get it

I think you hit most points on the head Eddie. I own an F10 535xi, and when I first drove it, I could still feel some resemblance of, "yep, it's still a BMW." Definitely a heavy car, but it grew on me. It feels substantial, sort of like that feeling of "you got what you paid for." I find the steering to still be BMW-esque. It's tight and direct, but the weight of the car in turns might not let it feel as good as it could have been. The N55 engine has adequate power for it. To me, I see it has a comfortable highway cruiser and not much else more. It's comfortable car, just don't throw it into corners. Enjoy the ride and its smoothness, throw it into "sport" every once in a while to get a decent acceleration pull out of it. That's really where the "sports car" ends with it. The rest, as you said, is all luxury.

Eddie is like saabkyle except you don't get bored AF when watching him wishing you drank bleach earlier.

If you want a good performance/price ratio check out the 2006 Mercedes s65 Amg! Awesome car drove it myself and the power is unbelievable. Would love to see a video on one of those.
