I had 2013 super clean black AWD 201738 K miles ,I did the LED lights long time ago , then upgrade it to car play and navigation with HMI 2.5 and radio , , HUD , rear air suspension, and instead of 2.0L turbo engine , I upgrade it to 2.5L turbo , tune it , all my self , and its now super Cadi ,,❤❤❤❤

@jeffLyle I order some auxito but my led lights didn’t come with that harness only the the led light it self and it didn’t fit my connector (which is like yours)

I am thinking of converting my hid to led on my 2014 Cadillac XTS

I found that a very small amount of silicone grease on the sealing surfaces helps reinstalling all the caps.

Believe it or not it is just glossy black spray paint. Clean it really good and wipe it down completely dry, mask it off and take your time!

What brand spray? I used rust oleum and it started to look like Plasti dip after a month & it was gloss black

Does this conversion have any issues with overheating? I have heard when the car is stationary it can melt either the headlight housing or the polycarbonate lenses your thoughts please!!🤔👍

so far so good... no sign of melting anything. LEDs typically emit MUCH less heat than a halogen or sealed beam light.

I have a 2017 and it had a different front end you think this’ll still work?

@@ELEgangordontbang I checked the Q&A on Amazon and the part numbers for factory bulbs on rockauto. As long as your factory bulbs are 9012 (which they appear to be) then they will work.

looks pretty good in pictures and from about 5 feet away huh? It's just glossy black spray pant and the Cadillac emblem was masked off. It isn't the best job but it works. I figure when it starts peeling and looks like crap I'll either redo it or buy an aftermarket grille.

One LED light bulb for high and low beam?

yes these bulbs do high and low beam. super simple and crazy bright!

I tried this with another brand I got but the damn things would just stop working. Sometimes they wouldn’t work with auto light controls, sometimes they’d just shut off completely while driving, etc. According to the manufacturer a cambus was not needed

Yea u definitely dont have to take th3 wheel off. Save a lot of time...you did a lot just for head lights

you are right about that, the headlight bulbs can be replaced without removing the wheels by folding the wheel liner out of the way. I had to replace struts and a lower control arm as well though so I just did it all at the same time. And it gave me a ton of room to access the bulbs easier.

@@phenomfacemob1011 They are awesome. I couldnt be happier with the color and brightness. And the overall looks of the car with the lights on is much better than the old yellow lights too
